Horrible! The monthly fee is never the same & when questioned about it you get the run around with no clear answers! The billing Dept is rude and condescending, far from professional! The vibe of, "we have your stuff so your screwed and at our mercy" is made clear when speaking to them! Avoid pods! Use pack rat, u-pack, or any competitor! Dont make the same mistake I did!

I will never move any other way. PODS was so easy. Everything was in perfect shape when we received our PODS container. It had been in storage 2 years and nothing was broken, no mold or musty smell. Definitely an excellent way to move or store personal items.
