Based on my last experience with them, I would not use them again nor, would I recommend their service to anyone else. In my last move, based on looking at the contents of the storage unit, I received an estimate from one of their reps (Mike Woods). Despite this, my move came in $1000 over the original estimate. During the process, Mike did not return my phone calls or let me know about the final amount or date and time of delivery until 3:30 pm the Friday before my Monday am delivery date. Communication was unprofessional. I was expected to have a money order for the final amount at the time of delivery and this left me very little time to make these arrangements. When I disputed the cost and demanded a reweigh of the freight, I was told to write a check for the highest amount of the estimate (which was still within a $500 range), and told that he would “work out the rest with Arpin (the trucking company) later.” Three months later, after the move was complete and paid in full, they contacted me demanding I pay an additional $500. After much back and forth negotiation and constant bullying and scare tactics, they were still unwilling to budge or listen to my complaints. They even threatened that if I was not willing to make payment arrangements, they would send it to collections and I would then be responsible for paying $7500 back (instead of the $500 owed), which was the supposed 64% “discount” I received on the move.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY! Will leave YOUR property on their truck and not notify you about it! Whether done intentially or not and then lost or stolen remains to be seen but it was the most expensive piece of the move. My wife hired these guys from Allways Moving to move a few large items and a beautiful concrete sculpture 2 miles up the street to our new house while I was at work and she home with baby. Well the big pieces got moved but the sculpture artwork never made it as I found out! Unfortunatley I didnt realize this until 10 mos later after looking for it, but their policy to make a claim is 9mos! Company has yet to make right. If you use these guys watch them like a hawk and inventory everything on and off the truck in writing. Otherwise your stuff will walk! Seems to have happend to other reviewers. BEWARE!

Allways Moving and Storage of Kingston, NY moved my son and daughter-in-law last Thursday, August 17, 2017 from Highland to Poughkeepsie. The movers were fantastic. They showed up right on time. They were courteous and respectful. In Poughkeepsie, the box spring for the bed would not fit up the stairs so they took a window out to be able to get it in. Amazing! Would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to move.

These people are wonderful. They stored my husbands massive book collection after packing, wrapping and palletizing it for the move from Jersey City, NJ. to Kingston, NY. They also moved our household. They worked with me when I needed to get a few pallets out of storage and made a tough task as easy as possible. Can I give them a 0? My stuff has yet to arrive after being picked up at my old place over a month ago! I have called, emailed multiple times over the past TWO weeks and NO ONE has gotten back to me. Im honestly beginning to think my things will never arrive. The worst costumer service I have had in my life. Do not use this company!

I moved office in end Dec 2016. Allways moving provided excellent services. Job Well Done! I would recommend to anyone that need moving service. Its one stop service, you dont have to worry about getting a truck, driver, supply, etc. Worry free.

They gave me a fair quote. The drivers showed up right on time at 8:30 am and I was in my new place by noon. The drivers were courteous and professional. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone! And would use them if need be too!
