A A American moved my Mother from Suffern, N.Y. to Sugar Land, TX. This move was done in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. My Mother was 83 at the time and she was worried about damage to the many things she held dear to her. A A American recognized this and was very mindful of my Mothers concerns. All of her household goods and a life-time of mementoes were carefully packed and unpacked. No damage to any of the items moved. And, the cost was very reasonable. I would heartily recommend AA American to anyone who is contemplating a move. It would be one thing they would not have to worry about in what is always a stress filled situation. Thank you AA American.

What I was told and what took did not happen- was disappointed as my selling feature description Failed. If you are going long distance please use another mover. I was told the people that load you are same people that meet you out of state which is not true At all. I was told once truck loaded it heads to me,which is what I was told and that did not happened. I did not wan my belongings handled this many times! Once they arrived they never called ahead the driver that is. And in the end they tired to get more money at of me . The packers are awesome though hence the three stars,but after that all downhill!

AA American Moving & Storage helped us move in a very difficult time for my family, all of the staff were very professional and courteous. This was our first time moving and we did not know what to expect, they did their best to make our transition as seamless as possible and we are all very thankful to them for all of their hard work. Company has obnoxious telemarketing practices - calls multiple times a month under slightly different phone numbers (always starting with 201-891). Refuses to stop calling. Do you really want to do business that so brazenly violates the telemarketing laws?
