WOW!!! Terrible terrible! I cannot believe my experience with this place..I called and made a reservation for a 14 ft. truck and we are moving tomorrow! Tonight at 9 pm I got a voicemail I had missed the call since we are moving ...they called at 7pm the night before we are supposed to pick up our truck to tell us we cant have the truck anymore we were supposed to pick up at noon and now they say we have to pick it up first thing in the morning and bring it back by noon because they overlapped reservations...so now pretty much we are screwed and they better give us the $50 they say they will give you if the reservation gets messed up! Well see Im so mad right now I doubt they will...inconsiderate!

I called and left 5 messages for a returned call through their call center (they dont answer calls anymore). I was trying to schedule a tow hitch installation, and pick up a trailer. When I called corporate, suddenly I was transferred to the local store, at which point they denied ever receiving any message to return my call. Id cut them some slack if it were one or two calls...BUT 5????

Terrible. Regardless of which location that youre calling, all calls get routed to corporate. You sit on hold indefinitely. Same as other reviewers... Im just trying to spend my money, but I guess Uhaul doesnt need or want it. If this is how they treat potential customers, Id hate to see how they treat existing ones. DO NOT USE UHAUL for trailer hitch installs or parts!!!

Great service, had the truck I wanted (the largest) and a well stocked showroom with a complete selection of items for sale (some U-Haul places carry a very limited selection of items.)
