I paid him in full knowing he grew up with a classmate of his good friend growing up at a local school knowing he would treat us like family. MAN WAS I WRONG..... This guy is the most incompetent person that I ever did business with. He installed a boiler for me and was suppose to install sump pump give me some type of maintenance for 5 years and remove all the garbage and debris and remove or haul away old oil boiler. Mike gave me a half fast job and will not pick up my phone calls, and continues to make excuses for not finishing his work he once started. I do not recommend Mike or his work. MIKE dose not have the decency to fix or install his work properly. The weather is getting very cold and now I must get a new plumber to finish his half fast job. SHAME ON HIM

They took full payment for a DE pool filter plumbing pipe install and reassured me all was ok. Allowing pipe glue to dry I couldnt verify on the spot but a few days later I discovered I had a cracked PVC pipe which made my scimmer useless. Mike installed wrong or didnt change cracked pipe so who knows if it wasnt done deliberately because he said he would come and fix but that he may need to change a valve and that it would cost me more money. I paid practically $500 for a complete job and not to get milked by a blood sucker! This job took place in June...needless to say he has yet to finish the job properly so he has ruined my pool season! The craziest thing is he came recommend by the pool store at the time???? I would not recommend Water Mechanixs!!!!!!

I am a Builder in NJ and had been using Water Mechanix, Mike, for the past several years until recently. He took deposits and payments on jobs and promised he would complete them and never did, and lied about work that he said he did and didnt do. We have since hired new plumbers to our team and have reported him to the BBB and contacted him and his brother , who shares insurance with him and does pool repairs and closings, via leagl representation........STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY ,HIS BROTHER AND THEIR COMPANIES.

More of the same in my expirence having hired him to do plumbing work. He failed to instruct us on what permits were needed, left a gas line ungrounded, dug a large whole in our back yard to install a value, (We still have the hole in the yard) asked for payment to complete all this and then disappeared, He has failed to respond to numerous phone calls and after waiting 2 months we are now spending more money hiring another plumbing service to finsih all of this. I will be reporting him to BBB as well

Plumber Michael has not completed the service he was contracted to perform. He has not answered any of my phone calls since this past Saturday. The work is not completed and I have had to contact the BBB. It appears that I will have to hire someone to finish the work he started. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

these guys are a bunch of clowns. the contractor they are associated with is Extreme builders of clark, nj. All of the characters in this crew is incompetent. All the work done on my house had to be redone by real professionals. Mike and Jim are both clueless. What ever you do, dont hire these people

He took my money, installed baseboard that wouldnt bleed to match the new furnace that didnt work and wouldnt answer my calls after that.
