I called to have a guy come out to look at some work I needed to have done.They gave me an appointment. Nobody showed up, and I got a call at the end of the day saying he had been swamped and could come the next day. He showed up at the very end of the day, took a look and said it was no problem, but I needed to confirm the exact scope of work to be up to code. I confirmed the scope a day later and called back for an appointment to actually complete the work. The day of the appointment, nobody showed up, nobody called. I called the next morning. They said the truck had broken down, but the guy could come that day. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I called the NEXT morning and nobody answered, so I left a message. Nobody ever called me back. Furthermore, I had explained multiple times that it was a time-sensitive job. Now Ive lost a week and a half because they made me believe they would do the job, but totally ignored me once it was time to actually do the work.

This company installed a Rinnai (from France) on demand water heater for $2,300.00 which never worked properly. Our poor tenant would be in the shower and the water would go from very hot to very cold. The unit was installed BEFORE the water filter. In other words, unfiltered well water was going directly to the unit. While still under warranty, we called again and again with no response. Finally the technician, Jim, came out and made it work for a while, then back to the same issues. In the end we took it out and had a conventional hot water heater installed. We had a tankless, on demand, water heater for a previous home and it was fantastic. Trevora Plumbing and Heating was very happy to take my money to install this unit but wasnt too worried whether it was installed properly or that it actually functioned once it was installed. It cost us a lot of time, money and aggravation.

Had three frozen pipes this winter. Jim was able to come out each time in a matter of hours and fix the issues and minimize property damage by defrosting the pipes and on one occasion draining a heating zone and repairing the burst basement pipe. Affordable, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Trevora for all plumbing and heating whether its an emergency call or for other work. Happy customer of 10 years.

Still waiting on a call back to even try to be a customer of theirs. Very unprofessional...drive past their shop every day and decided to give them first try as I see theyre usually pretty busy so they must be doing something right. Sad they dont even return phone calls for prospective customers.

Trevora was the first professional service we used when we moved to Chester 2013. Since then we have required their services from time to time, I could not imagine using anyone else. Trevora is always on-time, they work efficiently, very reasonably priced even when emergency service is required.

They misdiagnosed stuff and install stuff wrong. They use three-quarter inch pipe on 1 inch pipe should be used to use the zone valve want to pump should be used and they wont warranty something theyll make the customer come out of pocket.

VG company and service. Used them twice. Both times at off-peak times [Friday night, weekend]. Arrived quickly and bent over backwards to get my furnace up and running. Highly recommend them.
