8/29 job completed Subject/Problem : Toilet on 2nd floor causing leak that was coming from ceiling in 1st floor dining room I spoke with Steve. He came by to assess the problem on Thursday and he narrowed it down to 2 possibilities immediately. He reached back out via email with the estimate and we set the appointment for 10AM the following Tuesday. The problem was that the contractors who worked on our house prior to us purchasing it, didnt set the toilet properly and it wasnt flush with the flooring. They had also tried to cut corners by not sealing the rings between the base and the main pipeline all of the way thru and around the ouside of it, which over time caused the line to leak water after flushing which started dripping heavily from the top of our dining room ceiling below on the 1st floor. Steve showed up an hour early. he was in and out in about 2hrs and 45 min---during which time he even went above and beyond to make the hole where the base fitting was more of a cleaner cut and neater look around the edges. He sealed everything tightly and I feel comfortable in saying that there is no more leaking and I dont think we will have any more issues with the toilet. Steve is professional and personable --which to me speaks to his experience and the rapport that Greenleaf has established with their clients thus far. They are a family run business and they take pride in what they do and it shows. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Greenleaf for anyone who has any plumbing issues. Thanks again Steve. Fantastic experience! We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom shower stall and the water was dripping down thrugh the ceiling light fixture. Called multiple plumbers for estimates. Roto-rooter gave me a $1500 estimate saying they would need to open up the ceiling to get access. Steven from Green leaf plumbing came in to give an estimate and said he could see a crack in the sealant around the shower drain. Advised we should try just resealing it before we did anything big. And lo and behold it worked! Their honesty, sincerity and knowledge, saved me a bunch of money, and has made me into a lifetime customer.
