Tony the Roto-Rooter tech man came on Labor Day and was able to help us out of a very difficult situation. Not only did he expertly analyze and assess our predicament -- he offered viable solutions which allowed us to take care of a very difficult problem. Although it was a holiday weekend, Tony came right away -- made his assessment and returned to make all the necessary repairs. He not only did a fantastic job -- he was congenial, helpful and highly effective. Having used other providers -- over the years -- based on this experience with Tony and Roto-Rooter, we will now ONLY call Roto-Rooter in the future for any problems that arise.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers January 22, 2011 - Tony was great and quick working on the sink. He noticed that we had kids right away and suggested a couple of safeguards for the kids related to water temperature. He was friendly and very helpful and Ill definitely use roto-rooter out of Peekskill again!!
