***Be cautious when dealing with this company. ***Ask FIRST what they charge before you even commit to a service call. They have changed from hourly rates to a “job charge” and in my experience it is very high and not at all competitive with other area plumbers. Their work is up to snuff, but they just charge too much. I was charged $250 to fix a leaking toilet valve that took a half an hour to repair with $40 worth of parts. The bill was reduced to $210 after I contacted the owner – but still way high for the time spent and the work performed.

I was getting my basement waterproofed and the waterproofing company brought in Bill Diamond to move my oil line. While there, I asked him to look at a number of other problems I had with my plumbing including slow draining lines, replacing a laundry sink, a cracked sewer pipe and even some heating problems throughout the house. Not only did Bill fix everything for a reasonable price, he was on time and neat.

Do not hire these people, they over charge. I required a water pressure reducer replaced. The most expensive reducer sold at Home Depot was $126.00. Diamond plumbing charged me $427.00 to complete the job.The tech. took an hour to finish the job. Do the math! and that was with a so called 20% discount. Give me a break I wasnt born yesterday.
