I called Roto-rooter Plumbing for a faucet that start leaking from the wall in my bathroom. We tried to turn it off at the shutoff in the bathroom... But it was so corroded we could not budge it ....only making matters worse. We end it up shutting off the entire house to avoid a disaster. Once I called Roto-rooter, Chris and his team responded to our emergency and fixed it in less than 1 hour. Thats unbelievable customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Roto-rooter.

Chris is a great guy and very professional. Roto Rooter is an excellent organization that is fair every time I have used them. I have a over 100 year old home so the plumbing is trouble every 5 years and they have records for every visit with notes for what should be done next. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I called in last week and was completely disappointed when they blew me off completely. I had to change the time of the appointment. I spoke to someone on their cell phone who said they would be at my house and never showed up or called. Had to go with another plumber.

For 1/2 hr job to fix a leaked pipe they charged $800 which is too much. Pipe was easily accessible in wall there was an existing opening. They just make money in panic situation Too much expensive and dont make any sense $800 for 1/2 hr work to just fixing leaked pipe.
