I have been here twice and both times I was really disappointed...... the first time they took twice as long to put tires on my car and second time I went for a routine tire rotation, and they decided to do all kinds "checking" on things on my car (which I only asked for a simple tire rotation 45 mins tops is what I was originally told) so now my appointment is three times as long (over two hours) then the guy at the front desk starts hitting on me as he is fondling a stapler then he accidently stapled his finger in front of me.......like REALLY yall are working on my car and one of your employees just stapled his own finger...... that makes me very uneasy on what kind of place it is.....

I would NOT RECOMMEND American Tire and Auto of Flemington. Ive been a customer there for 10 years and in spite of my patronage in the last year I paid full price for a FRONT BRAKE JOB THAT HAD TO BE REDONE THREE TIMES. And the third time was only after I got two estimates from other service providers to confirm that yes the problem was Still the front brakes. And yet just a about 1,000 miles later I had to pay for another front brake job. Needless to say I went elsewhere the fourth time. I never received so much as an apology for all the trouble and wasted time. Im receiving good honest service at Boni down the road now :)

My car was struck while parked in their lot overnight. They refused to repair it claiming that I was at fault for the place where I had parked it and I got nothing but an argument from "Kenny." Both the person to whom I signed the car over and "Kenny" saw where the car was parked prior to it being hit but failed to move it or express concern to me. My wife and I had been loyal customers for years, but they did not care that they would lose our business. Ridiculous to lose thousands of dollars of business rather than fix a car door. Now I have to take them to small claims and file an insurance claim - what a pain!

I am a regular at American Tire and Auto of Flemington. I have found them to be fair, and to have competitive pricing. If I have a complaint about service, they do their best to resolve it (e.g. once after a repair I heard a continued noise, and they took it back twice to continue investigating the problem, free of charge). They stand by their work. I can always get an appointment, and the vehicle is ready when they say it will be ready. My one complaint is that sometimes I feel its a bit too busy, and so they have to rush through their explanations of repairs and charges.

Ive been there several times for oil changes and new tires. Easy to make appointments and very accommodating with your schedule. Two tires showed excessive wear and needed replacement, but were still within the tread warranty. Since I purchased the tires from them, they handled the warranty coverage with the manufacturer so I was able to get new tires at a prorated cost. They installed the replacement tires at no cost. You get free tire rotations with them when you buy tires from them, this is important to do to extend the life of your tires...so Im glad its free.

Anthony and the staff are excellent. Always friendly, they remember your name, and make you feel welcome. Im so glad I discovered American Tire & Auto Care...they deliver better service and best pricing than any other auto center or dealership Ive gone to. Anthony and his team always offer good suggestions and are honest in all of their recommendations. Plus, they even serve great coffee and teas while you wait. I look forward to going back every 5K miles...always a great experience whether its getting an oil change, tire rotation, purchasing tires, etc.

American Tire and Auto is an excellent business providing all of my autocare needs. I have been using American for over 7 years and continue to bring my business there. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team also provides service at the lowest cost possible to me, often applying discounts I didnt even know about. The continuity of their systems allows for a seamless record of all maintenance, and the team always makes suggestions about upcoming repairs. I highly recommend American Tire and Auto and will continue to go there in the future.

I have had gone to American Tire for various services including new tires, oil changes, and seasonal servicing. The staff is always very professional and knowledgeable and I always leave feeling as though my car issue has been taken care of properly. In fact, I have found that American Tire has handled issues with my car better than the dealer! The location is convenient and they are always accommodating with respect to making appointments to suit your schedule. I would highly recommend American Tire.

Weve been taking our Dinali and Outback to American in Flemington for a couple of years and are impressed with how the staff is so friendly and quick to help. All questions are answered, prices are fair and service is fast. The waiting room offers coffee, but in the afternoon can be uncomfortable,if you have to sit in the window corner with the sun streaming in on you all afternoon. Something should be done about that! Easy to put some shade cloth on the windows.

I feel like they are upfront with the service you will need and the cost. They are a AAA approved facility which also gives me peace of mind that their quality is superb. If you are a member of AAA, they apply a discount to the work. I will not go anywhere else.

Importantly, American Tire & Auto Cares quality of work is very high. The repairs are finished within the estimated time. While you may find an autocare shop that can charge less, you may not get the same quality of service.

Proposed work was way overpriced; got tires rotated instead (simplest job in the world)... They didnt tighten all the tires and, on one of them, the bolts/nuts were so loose the tire could have flown off on the highway!!! I only noticed when I got home and tightened the bolts/nuts WITH MY HANDS! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, DO NOT GO HERE to get work done!!!
