Horrible. DO not go there. They forgot to put the oil in my wifes car and later covered up and lied about it. After engine issues, they denied everything and even corporate gave the exact same story. These franchise places hire minimum wage workers with no experience and count on up sell to make money. When they make a mistake, well, it is on you. They will say anything to get out of making it right past offering you a coupon. You have no recourse as they have very good corporate lawyers.

I like this location, Prices are fair and reasonable Fuel system cleaning and radiator service much cheaper than other local name shops. Oil change prices are fairly decent for the synthetic blend oils (Which all newer cars use (2011+) They need to work on the time it takes to perform an oil change though, 60 minutes or longer is the average. They seem a bit short staffed at thi slocation, but the staff is very friendly and thorough.

I had made an appointment for Saturday for car inspection, the inspection went very fast and smooth. I have taken my car to this store for past 7 years and always been happy with their service. I am absolutely sure that they never make a false call or make me change something or fix something that it not necessary. They are very trustworthy and reliable, friendly and fast.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will try to sell you everything and scam you! They even try to get me to open a credit card with them. All i wanted was to fix a flat and thats it! They will damage your anything just to try to make you spend more money.

Good service, but terrible ability to judge time. What shouldve been a few hours took all day. Despite being assured three times that it would be done by closing time, we were stuck waiting until 6:30ish. A new tire and an alignment took from 9-6:30.

Great service and I can trust them that they will only replace the parts that I needed. The manager was friendly and tried to find me the best deals. The lounge had cable tv and free coffee. The bathroom was very clean and private.
