My first time here. I was very happy with dealing with this service center. The waiting room was very clean. I went in for an alignment. Richard said an hour and it was done in an hour. Also told me my two tires were bad and was concerned for my safety if I continued to drive. Told me it would be a day to get the tires. True to his word, my car was done in a day. This place called me when they said they would and gave me my estimate as soon as they had it. I plan to continue to use them for my oil changes. Very Satisfied. Update: Today I called Mr. Tire, spoke to Rich. I asked him if he was crowded I only needed an oil change! "No one is here" come on up. I left immediately and the waiting room had 7 people in it. A few cars on the lift. I was there in less an 10 minutes. The person at the desk could have told me it would be some time before my car would have been touched. I cannot believe it was empty when i called. Cars do not get on a lift that fast. If I was told it would be some time, I would have said fine, I will leave it there and come back later. So after 42 minutes and my car not touched I asked for my keys back . The same person at the desk said my car was next, I was not expecting to wait so long. His attitude was "oh well" and when I mentioned the phone call, he said they just came in. Bull. I was really looking forward to using this place over and over. Forget it. Snap and trap. didnt work. I left. Not returning.

If I could give them 100 Stars I would, usually I do my own preventive maintenance on my Trucks and Car but I have a commuter car I run from Cape May to Montauk NY twice a month for commercial fishing. I had two bad tires and Jim the counter guy went up and beyond what a usual shop would do on a holiday weekend. He was fantastic and was Dave ( I think thats his name) the manager .I thought I was looking at a three hour wait but was out the door in an hour. Like I said I usually do my own preventive maintenance but Im now a customer for life at this location. Ill also have no problem sending my wife and daughters over there knowing theyll be treated fairly and with respect! The Mechanics and Techs were also very knowledgeable and friendly and as I watched them they never took a break, just kept pumping out the work! Whoever owns this location needs to give everyone and I mean from counter guys to Mechanics a raise or bonus. Especially Jim behind the counter!

Took my car in for an new tires and an alignment. Took a while because it was a but busy so I somewhat understood. However upon getting my car back after the alignment. The tech that did it told. Me he couldnt get the rear toe much better because the bolt was a bit rust and he "didnt wana break it" so I trusted him. After I left the steering wheel was super out of alignment so I brought it back. After they fixed the steering wheel the car just seemed to handle terribly. Super floaty all over the road on the highway. They blamed it on the tires being new. Not the alignment. So I took it upon my self to do a little looking around underneath and the bolt that holds my toe was missing a nut that was broken off.. The same bolt he said he didnt want to break. So be very careful when bringing your vehicle to them... Would not recommend.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.. I went for a normal oil change made an appointment & still waited over 2 hours.. I watched them the whole time, just put my car on a lift & just left it there for over a hour without anyone ever doing anything to it, then. Then they tell me I need to change my brakes after waiting over an hour & a half when I just wanted a simple oil change. So afterwards they never did anything to my car. Then the Manager catches an attitude when I tell them I dont want them to do anything but the oil..I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There isnt many places in the area but this one isnt worth it.. Im still trying to get my money. Im currently going through legal process on them. & Ive reported them to the BBC... worst experience Ive ever had trying to get a simple oil change....smh

Threw a rear strut on a Sunday about a month ago, pulled in there and was told they could not fix it until Monday and they would call me with an estimate. Service manager called me on Monday and said it would cost $1300 plus I needed rear brakes which would cost $500. Did a little checking and found out that the average for the 2 struts would be about $750 complete parts and labor. Almost half of what they quoted, I called back and left a message that I would not authorize the work and would pick up the car the next day. A few hours later I got a call from the same service manager saying that the parts people quoted him the wrong price for the struts and it would now cost $400 less. Told him no way. Obvious ploy to rip me off. Beware of this place!

David and his crew are GREAT! After the car developed a noise while visiting Wildwood from Ohio and not being familiar with the area, I was at their mercy. They could have sold me hundreds of dollars in bogus repairs and I would have been happy just to know I would make it home, but instead they inspected the problem and determined a little power steering fluid would make it good again. 30 minutes later I was on my way, content that I had been treated honestly and professionally. If I lived near Mr.Tire, David would be my go-to-guy.

Dont even go here for an oil change. I was in need of a repair after breaking down and needed my car fixed quick. Then installed a starter but a few weeks later I broke down. I was informed from my dealer that the starter was put in a spinning in the wrong direction. After showing paper work from the dealer saying what was wrong with their repair they still did not want to give me my money back. I wish I could give zero stars for such an arrogant, belittling management team.

I wouldnt take me car anywhere else. The guys here are always super nice and great at explaining all those confusing car problems to me. They know most customers by name usually saying hello to them before the door has even closed behind them. They remember that I travel for work and always do their best to make sure my car will get me safely to and from work. Thanks for looking out for looking out for me.These guys seem to truly care about customer safety.

I got used tires from them and was quoted a price that included mount+ balance.Then when i got the bill i had to pay the full overcharged price with the mount/balance charged again(separately).I had to come back the next day (at their request)and argue to get what was owed to me. I felt it was a sales tactic to use misleading words,inconvenience me by saying i had to comeback the next day,and hoping i would be the type to just eat the cost.
