I had my car towed to this shop about an hour before they closed because it wouldnt start. They said they would look at it the next day, which was fine. The next day they called and said it was ready for pick up. So I picked it up, paid for a new starter. A day later my car starts making a funny noise and the VSC and check engine light is on. I ended up taking my car to a trusted service center to find out that my power steering fluid was empty, yet no detectable leaks and I normally check all my fluids... They also found that a few hoses that were left off the intake and they found that an outlet on the vacuum switch valve was broken and glued back on with what appeared to be gorilla glue. A new vacuum switch ended up costing me about a $100 extra. Im not saying that Mr. Tire caused all this but its awful funny that I have my car serviced regularly and then it ends up with 3 different things wrong after having worked completed here. I recommend you taking your car elsewhere. After having this happen to me I researched the Mr. Tire brand only to find that Im definitely not alone when it comes to suspect work or questionable service practices. Ill stick to my normal service center (Kings Tire and Lube, Milford, DE)

Worst Tire experience ever I purchased a set of tires for my father , once the tires arrived at the store we made an appointed for the install . No exact information was provided when they would be installed . paid for service such as new valve stems balancing etc. and a request of keeping two tires that had good tread on them . after a 11 hour wait , they finally began working on the vehicle while doing this they damage the two rear tires that was to be save with the bead breaker on the machine , damage one wheel cap and never put new valve stems on , they disquised this by only change out the valve caps to make it look like they did a complete job now I need to take it to another place to have the tires correctly balanced and new stems installed and will need to get a factory wheel cap . I would have gave this review zero stars if I could lost time and money here you can not trust any work done here !

A very disorganized business that I would recommend you avoid. They did not have the tires I needed when I went in, but said they would order them and have them by 3 the next day. I dropped my car off the next day and they could not find the order, but said they would look through the tires they just got in and call me. They never called me, so I called them at 5 and they said they were still looking. At 6, they called and said they had the tires in, but did not have time to put them on before they closed at 7. When I went back just before 7, I got a feeble apology and the distinct impression that they still did not have the tires and that they were not honest enough to admit they had never ordered them. Try Gilberts Tires in Milford.

OMG-- This place is really a disgusting place to go to, its supposed to be one of the best services in Lewes area but the people there are really ignorants and very rude. I am definitely not coming to their place and shell out a penny to this place and I hope this place runs down to the ground soon. They are VERY RUDE and dirty. I had one of my friend coming home with a loose cap on her oil pan and thankfully she had a father who was also a mechanic and he was able to get it fixed in less than 5 minutes and you tell me Mr. Tires was able to do that? Oh please they are careless and especially very rude.. DO not go there and waste your money... I would suggest you go somewhere else....

Price quoted didnt match price given after work was done. Took longer than normal to change tires. Forgot to do my oil change. Employee took it back in with complaining to do so. When it came out three horizontal scratches and a slight dent are on my vehicle where the oil was put in. Cant load images on here. Assume it is from step ladder. Change Oil warning light is still on. Oil is dark like it is mixed with the old oil. White Grease on vehicle in a few spots... passenger door...side...wheel well. My hoodie in passenger seat is stained black from employee putting lock nut in glove compartment.

I took my car there and told them I think I need a new flex hose for the exhaust can you check it out. They got back to me and said I needed a new Catalytic converter $750. I found that to be odd so I took it the next day to Scoti Muffler and sure enough it was the flex hose and only cost me $145. They lied they also add things to your bill and then when you ask about the added charges they say oh they didnt do that and then take it off the bill. If you dont ask you pay for more than what was done and what was done is usually more than what was needed. Very disappointed.

Went in for an as advertised online priced synthetic oil change for 64.99 with free tire rotation. Also had a twenty dollar off coupon from online. My bill ended up being more then the advertised price with $20 taken off. It was $70 for oil 12.99 for the filter then 2 additional charges for disposal and shop fees 2.90 and 8.98. Total rip off! This wasnt the worst part. I got home and noticed that the one wheel on my car that had an imperfection from curb rash was in the same spot it had been meaning they did not rotate my tires.

I was visiting Rehoboth Beach, DE, but I live two hours away near Annapolis, MD. I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and couldnt drive 80 miles on a spare. Despite a mess of a change to a spare tire that was also flat and needed to be taken to Wawa for air, Mr. Tire stayed open for us so we wouldnt be stranded. They assured me on the phone that they would be there and they not only did, but they got us in and out within 15 minutes and took great care of us!

Tried making a appointment to have tires mounted and balanced. Was asked if they were my own tires or if I was buying tires from them. I told them I already have the tires I just need them balanced. They told me sorry, dont have any time for you... Click. Hung up on me. Ill never give that place any of my business ever again. It ashame what Mr. Tire has done with the old Carl King Tire.

We had a flat tire during Labor Day weekend, and Mr Tire told us they could not repair our tire, and that we had to buy a new one, and come back the day after, and leave the car for a couple of hours... REALLY!?! We were lucky to find another place down the road who were super helpful and did repair our tire in less than half an hour for $20! Never again Mr Tire!
