I went there a few months ago I was not greeted at the door and when after going outside to look around and came back in that is when I was finally greeted. I had a 2009 Hyandai Santa Fe trade and the salesman offered me a 2009 Hyundai sonata i said why would i want another 09. He said what yur credit like I said fair. He then took my info walked away and came back and said there is nothing I can do for u. I said ok then he said go home and chill and smoke some weed I said oh because I have dreadlocks i smoke weed I said wow he said it was just a joke and laughed. On the good side I went to Mt Ephraim Dodge 2 weeks ago and drove away with a new 2017 Chrysler 200. I will keep doing business with Mt Ephraim goodbye Vann Dodge. Work on your customer service....

Horrible place! The internet price was $2800 and we called ahead to confirm the price and make an appointment. You had to make an appointment for the internet price. We get there and the car has issues. The automatic door lock motor was broken, it pulled to the right and the air was not cold. Figuring how much it would cost to repair, we offered $2500. These ass clowns had the nerve to tell us that the price is now $4700 because he just paid $1600 into repairs. How much he paid into the car is NOT the customers problem! The internet manager had the nerve to say that he couldnt sell it for that price. Needless to say that we walked out!

I was so happy with Dave Sage. Walking into a car dealership at 21 years old is a scary thing and I was expecting to not be taken seriously. But Dave was super friendly and super helpful. My visit at this place reminded me of the stereotype that car sales men lie; however I did not find that to be true here. I was never pressured or harassed. I was even able to take a car for a few days to try out. Theres no gimmicks or tricks at this place. Ive never had an issue with Vann & Ive purchased about 4 vehicles from them. I just drove off in a 2017 Jeep Compass latitude. Justin was very friendly & honest. True integrity at Vann Dodge! I highly recommend them. They work hard to get you a deal. And they also habla español:)

I researched Jeeps on-line; inventories, "deals", etc. I drove from Somers Point, NJ out to Vineland in order to purchase my Jeep from Vann. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly, cheerful employees. They had the model I was looking for and I took it for a test drive. Rich I was incredibly knowledgeable helping me to understand the bells and whistles. Fred "crunched the numbers" to give me an incredible deal. I have never had an easier car buying experience!

Verry pushy!!! I went there to LOOK at cars to,buy for my daughter. I told them I wanted to see a certain car they had online. The sales man was only interested in selling the ones he was told to push. Tried every sales pitch crap he could think of. After i told him not to bother getting the keys for some car he got even more pushy saying this is how he feeds his family. After he said that 3 times I left and bought some where else

Let me explain...The service provided was good, but I was overcharged. My vehicle was towed to their service dept where they told me what was wrong. I was out of town and had little choice so I had the repairs done that morning and was charged over $800. The next week I asked for an estimate from my local mechanic and local Jeep Dealer...$459 and $625 respectively. Vann knew I was stranded and took advantage of the situation.

I took my Jeep here once for a recall fix and nothing else. Since then Ive been spammed constantly by Vann with automated phone calls trying to sell me a new car. Its been 5 years now and still happening. I would never buy anything or get anything repaired here ever. Also working in the automotive industry my whole life I can confidently say buying any new Chrysler vehicle is a terrible idea.

I purchased a 2010 dodge minivan from them in July of 2010. It is a great vehicle and the service is great there. I had a small problem with a tire pressure sensor and they replace the sensor in about 20 minutes. I will deal with them again!
