I usually do my own regular maintenance on my car but since Ive been busy recently and didnt have the time I decided to have someone else do it quickly so I went to Jiffylube in Vineland. The staff was friendly and helpful except they did things to my engine without asking me verbally first. They checked my air-filter and other fluids (couldnt tell me first of course). Later they go over items that they checked (without asking me) and told me that if I wasnt going to clean my K&N air filter that they could replace it. Thats sort of silly, but whatever he was just offering and thats ok. The reason why I would never go to Jiffy Lube again or recommend it to others is the fact that they never securely tightened the clamps on the air duct on my engine. Didnt find out until 5 days later when I saw it under the hood. The duct was completely off the engine block and wasnt pushing much air in at all. This would never happened if they didnt touch it. Get better manners and business practices Jiffy Lube and ask you customers first!

Idk who works here during the week but Im here now on a Saturday and its a complete joke. Techs have the energy of a salted slug. Everything being done half assed with no care. Im watching lug nuts get kicked around and dropping in the mechanics bay. What you charge for your services should be a crime and if you are going to charge through the roof at least have a water fountain or bottle for your customers to drink while youre performing the service or services. One more thing its very unprofessional to talk to your customers with half a ham sandwich hanging out your mouth while your ass crack is hanging out. Just got the receipt and was banged for $22 for tire rotation that is free everywhere else with an oil change that I paid $50 for. Dont get ripped off give your hard earned money to a shop that will appreciate you.

This was by far the fastest and most convenient oil change Ive ever had done. I took my Mercedes Benz to be serviced and I wasnt to sure about going to Jiffy lube but, Im glad that I did. The service was outstanding and Frank was definitely friendly and walked you through everything that they were going to do. I will definitely be back and would recommend Jiffy lube in Vineland NJ to any and everyone.

This is where I go for all of my oil changes and various maintenance services for my car. Their customer service is the BEST. My most recent visit was 1/25/17. The warming greeting, their patience in answering questions and the thorough review of the bill before payment is exactly what a 5 star business means to me! Kudos to Terrance, Jeff and Derrick and all the staff at your Jiffy Lube!

This was my second time going to jiffy lube for an oil change. The staff was very pleasant and the service was fast. I would recommend this place for everyone. Its usually a hassel to have to get an oil change because of the long wait but now that I found this place I will always go here because everyone is so nice and Im in and out in 10 min. Better than most Jiffy Lubes. They actually do some of the tasks like vacuuming your vehicle instead of just checking off the boxes saying they did.
