We went here for a while, but I started to question the prices and service. They couldnt replace my clutch when it died and directed me to another Firestone much further away. Only one guy there knew what he was doing with a clutch replacement, and the quote was much higher than I thought reasonable. That was the beginning of the end. To be fair, the manager did take care of me in another situation when they had told me my car would be ready by one oclock and wasnt -- but that experience left me sour as well: I had a state inspection done here because I was on a tight schedule that month. I needed the car inspected before I drove across the state, and the mechanic who did my clutch replacement didnt have an opening. After the inspection, they said they needed to replace a tire (one that had a plug in it, which Im sure they inspected when I bought the car and they overlooked, but refused to admit could have happened) and a tie rod. They told me how long it would take, and after I had told them when I needed to be at work, they assured me it would be fine. I had them start on it. They came back some time later to tell me the piece connecting the tie rods was frozen. Only one mechanic in the shop had the tool to fix it, and he was off that day, so I wouldnt have my car back until the next day. I immediately asked the manager what he would do for me, since they had promised Id be able to get to work. It took some time, but he came back and said theyd take care of a rental for the day. I was satisfied with that resolution, but the problem was created by having inadequate resources on hand. These two experiences together pushed me to go with the mechanic who did the clutch replacement for absolutely every issue. Even with the coupons Firestone always had, I still pay less to my current mechanic. (They quoted me double what it should have cost just to replace a headlight.)

This shop took advantge of my wife! I would recommend caution when dealing with them. I did have the issue corrected but it should have never happened. Issue #1 My wife requested the right rear tire be replace as there was a screwdriver going through the sidewall. Firestone took it upon them selves to ignore her request and replace the left rear tire because they saw a small nail in the tire. Issue #2 the small nail could have been removed and the tire could have been repired. Instead they replaced it and never even mentioned that the tire could have been repaired. They also didnt bother to address the right tire with the very large scredriver sticking out of the side wall. Good thing I called her before she left the parking lot!!!!

Firestone is where my wife usually takes her 2012 Subaru Forester for oil changes. They are expensive, and they use a synthetic blend that is rated for 7K to 10K miles. However, they refuse to indicate this many miles on sticker in car, and will place 3K or 5K and try and get us to waste our money on more changes. They are crooks. They will tell you brakes, oil, tires are bad even if they can go several more years.

Failure to perform. They do not know the meaning of the word APPOINTMENT. First time they told me they were 1.5 hours behind to take me. So I rescheduled. Today I showed up 1st thing in the morning at 07:50am as my 2nd appointment was booked and 1/2 hour later my car was not even looked at. I asked for my keys back and they gave me someones elses keys - wow! They have now lost all my future business.

My family has been utilizing this location for decades, honestly this the only other shop I will allow to work on my car aside going directly to the dealer. Always friendly, professional and upfront with any issues or concerns they come across your car. Unlike most places they actually take the time to show you and give you knowledge on the issue they have come across.

Awesome place. Awesome crew of guys. Went there for inspection and was completed when they said it would be. Sean the manager is an asset to this location. I have a Firestone closer to my home but I drive to this one for the service and the management here.

Disappointing. Dropped my car off at 8:30 for a 9AM "appointment". Car was still sitting there at 3:30 PM. Had to get someones attention to get my car back untouched as there was no one in the customer service area. No explanation or apology offered.
