I am the gm of a company that stores items across the entire US. Never have I been treated in my entire life the way I was talked to today on the phone by the person who works at this location. We will not be returning and will take all our business elsewhere. Yelling at customers who are rentimg 4 of your large units is never a good way to treat a customer. Never in my 10 plus years in the business have I seen this level of professionalism.

We wanted a place to store our convertible during the winter. We looked all over the area and prices were more than what we wanted to pay and many locations were not convenient . We looked at Stowaways facility in Flemington and spoke with Jennifer a few times before deciding on Stowaway. Jennifer helped make up our mind because she was very knowledgeable, took her time with us, had competitive prices and was very very nice.
