They stole all of our belongings, they took money from us on top of it, and then they tried to ransom our things for even more money. We still havent gotten anything back. All of our things are gone. They dont answer emails or calls after theyve gotten what they want. Once you stop paying, they disappear, and then they sell your stuff at auction. Its been months since they stole our things, and theres been no progress made despite constant efforts on our end. They will do the same to you. Look at all of the other reviews from people saying the same things. Look on Google, on Yelp, any social media platform where people can report this, and youll find horror story after horror story. There are hundreds of us whove lost all of our most precious possessions because of this scam. Do not be like us. Avoid them. And tell others to avoid them. If you want to help, then upvote all of these one-star reviews that theyre trying to bury. And as for all of their fake positive reviews: notice how they all were posted within the same window of time. Let Google know. Let Yelp know. Let the authorities know. This is a scam, they will take your money, and then they will steal everything you give them. EDIT: If you look below, youll see a comment from Sovereign claiming that theyve been attempting to contact me. This is completely false, and a perfect example of how they work to create false impressions online. The truth is that theyre impossible to contact after theyve stolen your stuff. My lawyer has been attempting to get in touch with them for over a month now. Theyve avoided him at every turn. They post things like this to make it seem like all of these complaints of fraud and theft are invalid. Since theyve received so many of these complaints, theyve actually just had to delete their Facebook page. (Look for yourself, and search for it now. Either you wont be able to find it, or theyll have created a fresh new page without any of the previous pages negative comments on it.) They can delete their Facebook page. But they cant delete Google or Yelp listings. If youve been taken advantage of by this company, or know someone else who has, then share those experiences and help to spread the word. Use the internet. Dont let them hurt anyone else. Do not trust this company.

DO NOT BOOK SOVEREIGN MOVING!!! Please pay attention to all the positive reviews written on the same month! They were 2 hours late for pick-up, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. While loading during pick-up, movers took 2 smoke breaks. They promised me my belongings would be delivered by a certain date, and I arranged my entire move across the country to coincide with that date. On that date, nobody (driver, local office, or national line) answered my calls. I had no idea where my stuff was! I finally got through to someone the next day, and he told me my stuff was in a warehouse and would be making its way to me "in a few days", but could not give me any window. Its clear they have caller ID and ignore my calls, but will answer quickly when I call from another number asking where my stuff is. I still have no idea where my things are and if/when I will get them. Will be filing a complaint with BBB very soon!

Do not hire this company under any circumstances. Besides being 2 days late picking up our stuff, 22 days late delivering our stuff, and being impossible to get ahold of, they left our things at the airport which required us renting a shuttle service for $400 to actually get it to our house! On top of this, when we actually did speak to a "manager", Jenny was her name- she not only didnt compensate for these fees, she didnt even apologize, and said it was our fault for believing them when they said our things would be delivered to our house and unloaded for us. Never in my life have I dealt with such God awful customer service. This company should not exist. Period.

I am grateful and really happy with Sovereign Moving Company. I had a really tight schedule last weekend. So I had to book these guys earlier. I decided to call their number that I found online and it went through. I really need a fix over that weekend and the lady that I spoke to was kind and understanding with my situation. I am a mother and expectant. As I am writing this review I wanna say they moved me carefully with all my stuffs. Nothing broken or stolen. Will use you next time my son in relocating to his new house

I have been recommending Sovereign Moving to all my friends. The entire experience was easy and painless. They sent us a free kit of boxes and tape, and salesperson was extremely professional and courteous. The team that moved us was fast, efficient, and friendly. Allen the team leader was great and other gentlemans, sorry I can’t remember their name, were fast and careful with our belongings. We did a two apartment move into a house. Great job highly recommended moving company!

Nothing promised could be done. 1. They arrived at 5:40pm instead of noon on the pick up date. 2. Raising thousand dolloars while only moving 1/2 of the items on your estimate. 3. Missing boxes and parts in delivery! All appliances disappeared! 4. Have you waited extra 2 hours from the appointment time while they call someone - not professional movers for sure - to help unloading. 5. Very rude 6. They never call you back, nor return your email once they receive your $$$$.

I went back east to help my aunt move ..from NJ to Tennessee and I was deeply impressed with this company...from the beginning..the sales person..and everyone was very professional..and accurate..and really did a beautiful job...the movers..showed up on time..and were courteous and really did a great job packing and nothing was a broken or lost in the move..and the price was really great too..this is one company I can recommend..to everyone..and give 5 stars to...

late late late by 2 days on top of the 7-14 day delivery that was told to us after they came and loaded the truck, so 16 days that we had to wait for a very small delivery, shame on you! In addition there was another charge after they told us one price, then another when it was delivered, stating the charge was to deliver to the second floor, which we stated to them in the beginning, again a scam to get more money. So no i woudnt suggest this company.

Total Scam. They showed up late, told us that our initial estimate was off by $4,000 and demanded payment on the spot using check, cash or money order. Now we have no idea where our items are, our phone calls and emails are going unanswered, everyone has suspiciously generic names, and there are complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau. Their online reviews seem to be planted by their own employees, dont believe them.

I recently had to relocate for my job and get moved in a short period of time. I called two national moving companies and Sovereign. I had expected to go with a big firm, but the individual I spoke to at Sovereign seemed more knowledgeable as to what I needed. This proved to be a good choice. The price quoted was the price charged and everything was moved professionally without any damage. I would use this company again.
