They usually have a good supply of trucks and vans so its pretty easy to get one in the morning/late morning or even the early afternoon. Jeff G. inside was really nice and easy to work with. I was probably in the store for only 10 minutes and got the keys to start moving. On the website they ask you how long you need it, but as long as its before closing time they seem okay with it. My truck was clean, though the cargo area was dusty (to be expected). For the price it wasnt bad, would definitely do it again and probably will once my apartment lease finishes.

Dont believe your reservation means anything. the day before our move we were called and told they wouldnt have a truck for us. we "reserved" a 24 truck, and we were told we could only get a 15 truck. what are we supposed to do, move 2 times? Do NOT count on a truck being there. Hire a moving company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Just spoke with Debra to reserve a trailer. She was simply OUTSTANDING. Needless to say, Im calling her even if I dont have to reserve anything, this is how good she was. Thank you.

Parking lot is poorly designed, make sure you fold the moving blankets up beforehand or it will cost you $25 for them to do it!
