I used Muscle for Hire, once before and it was a great experience. Second time around was not the case. The actual movers did a great job considering the situation. The management under quoted the job by 400 dollars and started the job almost 5 hours late from our original start time. They did apologize for the inconvenience but if the was job starts 5 hours late that is unacceptable. When the job was finally done around 12:45am and they placed the owner on the phone with me and told me it was 400 dollars more than they originally quoted. To add insult to injury the movers took one our glass lamp covers off and left it on the truck ( they did not take any blame for the loss of the cover) when I called (took 2 days to get a hold of the owner after the job was completed) the company to ask about the lamp cover to replace it or reimburse me for it not a single thought to compensate me for it. I really feel this came down to a bait switch job sadly. If you cant quote correctly, show up on time, own up to your mistakes, do not take the job. Buyer Beware... BTW Ennis: it was a glass lamp cover, again you cannot get your facts straight. This isnt the first time Ive caught you giving misinformed information. If you have to try to defend your business behind false facts your doing something wrong.

I have only great things to say about this company. Enis was very prompt about coming out to give us an estimate and I actually wound up paying less than he estimated. Every time I called I was either immediately connected to someone, or else my call was returned quickly. On the day of the move it was rainy and windy out, courtesy of Hurricane Jose. The two guys who came, John and Jeff, could not have been nicer or more capable. They moved my furniture into spare rooms so that our home renovation would be able to begin. Everything was done very efficiently. I will be using them to move us back in when the reno is complete.

Add one more excellent review for Muscle for Hire Movers. On short notice we needed a moving company to move my Mothers furniture and personal items from Whiting NJ to Columbus OH. So glad we called Ennis at Muscle for Hire Moving. They were outstanding from the first phone call to the end of the job! There were no - zero - problems, they are great people to work with, and on top of all the great service their bid was a few hundred dollars below the other bids. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Ennis and Steve!!!

Truck broke down which had me blocked in driveway for 30 minutes. I was at a house that had the water off needless to say I was very unhappy. Great with wrapping but needs to wrap bottom of items to get the corners better chipped corner of China closet. Cheap fix thanks to friends. Would still recommend.
