I called for an appointment Wednesday or Thursday. Steve calls on Friday and says sorry he can’t make it out today. I say it’s fine Steve since our appointment is for Saturday. He replies-it says the 24th and I respond-Saturday is the 24th so we are good. Saturday comes around I get a call at the time of the appointment from Steve saying he is running 30 mins behind-no problem I say. He calls back a few mins later to cancel the appointment and asks when I can reschedule. I say Sunday because I would like to get this done ASAP, he sets the appointment for 5 PM again… It is now 5:30 on Sunday and no Steve!!! Thanks for wasting my weekend waiting around for you and your damn company to show up. THANK GOD IT WAS NOT THE ACTUAL MOVE DATE. ZERO STARS!!!! And btw no phone call this time… I call him on his cell and he is at home!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE, save yourself the headaches

I had a great experience with this company. Ive had to move a lot for work in the past. This is by far one of the best moving company Ive used. I called for an estimate and they called me back very quickly. I had my consultation with Steven who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease from the beginning. The day of the move ..The movers arrived on time and began working right away. Those guys worked really hard and the whole time they had smiles on their faces. They wrapped my furniture and were careful with all of my stuff, and at the end of the move my family was surprised with a beautiful basket full of yummy treats inside. What a surprise!!! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

I am thrilled beyond words with my recent move! My team of guys was Steven, Abel & Alexis & they were amazing! They were so experienced at what they do while at the same time being fun, great company. It made a very stressful day that I was anxious about a day worth enjoying. The move was timed to perfection & before leaving, Steven helped my new neighbor carry her groceries into her home & then took her garbage out before they left...I will recommend Supernova Moving to everyone I know. These guys were great! Steve and his team worked quickly, carefully and efficiently to get the move completed quickly. The care that was taken preparing every item for the move was great and insured that nothing would be damaged during the move. I was initially going to move my TVs and delicate items myself, but after seeing the care they took in prepping everything I let them do everything and nothing had any damage at all. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Professional, friendly and super efficient. What more could you ask for in a mover?? They arrived on time, loaded and unloaded quickly but with so much care not to damage anything. They put the heavy furniture and all the other items and boxes exactly where I asked in the house which was really helpful. Great team and one that I would recommend to anyone. It was the best move Ive done!

It was a great pleasure to meet with Steve for the quote. He made me feel at ease for the entire process. Lauren in the back office was a tremendous help to make sure things ran smoothly. On move day, it all went well, and the price from the original quote was all that was due. I would definitely hire Supernova Moving again.
