Thank you Generation 3! When my air conditioner broke on the hottest day of this year, you guys came through and fixed it that afternoon!! I love these guys! Jerry and Julie Pignatelli, Generation 3 owners, are always there when you need them and do everything they can to help you during a difficult situation. Generation 3s crews are reliable and trustworthy, and over the years, they have fixed a leak in my kitchen sink, replaced my furnace and one of my air conditioning units, as well as put in 2 sump pumps!! They do it all and their quality workmanship, experience and expertise make them worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!

Jerry was supposed to unclog the drain in my tub. He had the nerve to charge $280 for a very simple job of running a "snake", trying to unclog it. This is an INSANE amount for such job. He left with my money and knowing that the drain was still not unclogged. When I called him back to get him to come finish the job right, he wanted to charge me another $150 to do right what he did wrong in the first place. I found someone else over the internet who did the job right the first time for $75 in a matter of minutes. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of Generation III they are a total ripoff!!!

Great experience. Had a clogged drain on a Saturday morning. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. Called up GenIII at 8:00am, by 9:00am Kenny was here and fixed it. Very courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after working on it. A bit steep on price $200, but it was worth it. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
