WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Hands down the WORST experience I have had customer service wise. I honestly never even write reviews but I feel obligated to warn others. They came 3 hours after the initial appointment window (Tuesday)then charged me $80 for the estimate even though the website clearly states free estimates. They also did not honor coupons on their website as they said it only applies to original prices. I still decided to go with them as I did not want my tenants to be without heat. They not only did not finish the job the first day(Wednesday) after showing up 2 hours late and taking over an hour lunch but they left my tenants without heat or water claiming there was a part that they needed and couldnt get until the next day. It was 5:30pm EST and Home Depot was less than a mile away an they were open until 10pm EST. The next day they showed up 2 hours late. They finished the job(so I thought) and charged me a addition $481 for replacing a 3 foot plastic water line. After they left, with in a few hours l had the same issue again. The utility company came out to inspect the job and told me that they had not completed the work, they were suppose to replace all of the pipes not half (even says that all pipes will be replaced on my receipt), they also were suppose to get permits from the city, they used some of the wrong material and they undersized the pipes that they installed. To add insult to injury, one of the guys used a really nice chair we had stored in the basement as a step latter, now the chair has muddy boot prints on it. Since I paid I want them to complete the rest of work. I have a contract in writing that states that I have a two year warranty on the work but they are not returning my calls or emails. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Huge mistake going with this company. We were looking to have our heating system checked prior to winter and we regret not going with anyone else. First they had to reschedule the appointment, not a big deal. Then they were supposed to come the following Friday between 3 and 6. 6 rolls around and still a no show so I call them. The rep said they will literally be there any second. It was now 6:30 and I had had it. Called them up to cancel the appointment and explained my experience to the rep. No apology at all. So 7:00 comes and little do you know, theyre knocking on my door, even after I cancelled. I just let them do the work. Had no consideration for our home and didnt take their shoes off. Made a huge mess. They were here about an hour which wasnt too bad. What really angered me was when they told me the cost. I had printed a coupon from their website for the cost normally being $150, I could get the 18 point inspection for $59. The tech basically fed me some BS excuse and now I know that coupon is very deceiving and they use it to sucker you into it. The screw you after the work is performed. Since the work had been done I just let it go because it was now 8. Will NEVER use them again and frankly they should not be in business. The techs that showed up to my home were extremely shady. Never again and stay clear of All Week Plumbing.

Fraudsters and worst HVAC people bordering on criminal incompetence. The central AC in my apartment stopped cooling. I called Sears to come take a look. They sent a technician from this fraud company. The technician told me that the coolant has leaked and there is no pressure in the system. It will take $2500 to do a leak check and refill the system with 5-6 lbs of R22 gas at $250 per lb of gas. Other option which he tried to force on me was to replace the whole system for approximately $6000. I wanted a second opinion. I had PSE&G worry free plan so I called them. Their technician told me the system has some gas, its not totally leaked. He said this is normal and due to small leaks the gas discharges overtime and you can get it recharged. He said it happens to a lot of people. He said it will take 2-3lbs of R22 to charge the system at $32 a pound. 1/8th of what these thieves were charging me. He charged the system with 2 lbs of gas, I paid $64 to PSE&G and it has been working awesome since. I would be very careful before doing business with these people.

I needed an emergency service on Christmas day and you guys came thru got to the house extremely fast our plumbers name is Joe and he is such an honest man he did the job the right way and didnt take advantage of us on the cost of the repair for example we had him look at the shower drain as well after he cleared the back up in the main line and he told us it was normal I feel at that point if he was not an honest man he could have easily charged us more money to fix something that was not broken and he didnt I cant say anymore about the quality of work and the honesty of the workers this is a great plumbing and heating company I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs Hey they just saved our Christmas because without being able to run our water how could we cook take a shower load a dishwasher etc and again the repair mans name is Joe and he is amazing they also gave me a great discount on the price of the repair call them you wont be disappointed

all week plumbing, never again, first you bring in a professional manager to estimate the job, that is good, me thinking he is going to do the job. He tells me another guy name Adam is coming to work on job in 45 minutes, I waited 1 1/2 hours , then a guy named Jay shows up This guy must be new on job because he must have made a hundred trips up and down stairs for parts to a water heater, The finish job was not to my satisfaction, he left me to mop up floor and clean around twice in time to try to finish work. Very sloppy to leave a customer to clean up, on top of that he burns a hole in my floor tile and removing old tank ruins part of my rug stairway , The company should have sent two persons to do a job properly. That had to come back next day to complete job that I asked for, plus I had to pay more money to complete original pricing. never again....

Absolutely irresponsible... I was planning to get some oil to gas conversion and decided to give these guys a try and to get an estimate. I have schedule an appointment 3 times just to get rescheduled again. Not only do they not even bother to call and notify me of the delay but I had to call to remind them each time. 3rd time was just enough to put up with this carelessness. If they could not make the appointment, they could have given me time that works for them. I would not have to waste my time taking time off from work each time. I finally had to drop them and all they could say was we apologize all 3 times. Looks like they are not in the business of doing business. How can one trust such a business to do any work on your home. Who know what they will forget next. Better to look for someone more professional and responsible. :(
