Went to have a transmission power flush called and said it was done but shifted hard into 2nd gear picked up and had to go to work wouldnt shift out of first gear so had to take to Genesee Valley Dodge and pay 95.00 for a Transmission Read said everything was fine but someone had knocked the speed control sensor off and that was why wasnt shifting out of gear..hmmm said ok whatever mistakes happen..went to work when I got home checked the fluid..Milky..went in told me to bring it back and they would do the flush following day over...Went in said way to busy to bring in the next day...again went in...gave me attitude mind you the shop was completely dead not a soul in there..Said they they had already done it twice and I asked them if they could put in a transmission filter that I had bought said that it was 1.3 Hours or labor and would be 109.00 Said that I already had the filter and maybe that is why it was still milky....and then the screaming match began on how they are losing money on me and that they had already done more than they should have...tried to explain that paid for a service to flush the tranny out and the fluid was still milky he said that there are no guarentees that it flushes everything out......so after going back twice for this redo of a flush Dameon refused to reflush the system and told me to go somewhere else where they would do it right for me..Called customer service and still got nowhere so beware I wouldnt do business here will cost you more in a long run not to mention much agravation....and could this guy do something with his tongue and maybe tape his dumbo ears back....

I had taken my truck into this shop and the manager kevin was waiting on me, he was nice. I needed the muffler fixed in the truck i have and they said they could do it. ok then i said do it. Dropped off my truck and it took about 1 week to get it back i understand that because there were no parts for that truck, But when i got the truck back it sounded as i didnt take it in at all, so i called and got adam the person that worked on my truck and i was told by him he had screwed up on the connection, ok fine then fix it, FYI..why would any one there do something to any ones truck or car and knowing that you are doing it wrong? that just shows me that they do not take any pried in there work..and there customers dont matter to them...So i called Kevin on 6/27/2016..and told him what i was going to do with the truck and bring it back, lets see how they handle this, keep you posted.

Hacks for sure! I went for an oil change and left with almost $400 bill for brakes. $90 just for brake pads! Now, the brakes squeek and I have a cracking noise every time I turn the wheel. Sounds like the wheel or strut is going to snap. I didnt have this problem when I got there. Now I just have strange noises and they blew me off like I was crazy and told me it was because my car is getting old and putting the car on the lift streched out the strut and spring! The manager is a con artist! They knew something wasnt right because they pulled the car back into the garage after test driving it, but then didnt say anything. It was the end of the day on a Saturday and they didnt want to work overtime to fix it after i went back in to the office to tell them something was wrong. I called headquarters now to see what they will do, but just get their answering machine. This sucks!

Kevin is a awesome manager ! His staff are very knowledgeable and honest ! I had my brakes replaced today 6/19/17 , and come to find out the great guy working on it said I had about 6 months at least till i should replace . I elected to get it done anyway just to get it done and out the way . I was thankful for the honesty thou . Ive been a " dealer guy " my whole life up until this point . Very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this place . Ill be coming here for all my truck needs from now on ! Thanks Kevin and staff ! "Black Gmc Sierra "

Good quality work and honest customer service. The work I had done was done on time, and as expected. The store manager (Kevin) explained the problem to me, and agreed to save the replaced parts for me to evaluate. Once the job was finished we both looked at the parts and he explaind why they made the recommendation for replacement. Overall I was very happy with the result.

These clowns are a bunch of hacks only trying to rip you off. When an employee there walks by your car and says, "I smell a sale", it tells you where their mind is. They will try to sell you stuff you dont need. It should be the last place you take your car to get the brakes fixed!!!
