FIND ANOTHER AUTO PARTS STORE !!!!!! Advance Parts does not back up their product, neither should you. Brought a motorcycle battery and within 5 months it was dead ( tested by Harley Davidson and their own store confirming same) even though it was driven regularly and plugged into a trickle charger when not in use. Called up customer care they stated they only had a 3 month warranty, did not want to know nothing. Received a call from District Manger James who said all he could do was offer me 20% off a new battery. He also replied to every sentence with ok or right. which convinces me he could care less about the circumstances and just stayed on the phone to appease me. When told that this was unacceptable and they dont back their own products he blamed it on the vendor and stated his hands are tied. If a vendor was going to dictate how you run your business and back up your products it shows the lack of commitment Advance Auto Parts has to its customers.

I agree find another auto parts store. My father has been shopping there for years. I will never buy another part from Advance auto again. They do not stand behind their products they continue hide behind their loop holes they are not worth any discount they give because you will have to replace the product sooner then you if you shop somewhere that might be cost a little more.
