Have taken my car there for over 2 years. Always thought they were great. Took my car there last week as it was running a bit funky and I needed an inspection. I told them that I needed an inspection but not before it was fixed because the check engine light was on and I knew I wouldnt pass. She said ok we will check it out and get back to you. Called me the next day and said they performed the reading and it came back with several error codes and that they also did a failed inspection. She said it would be $975. I said I needed to speak to my wife about it. We decided that since the car is barely worth that much its time to get a new car. I called them back and said ok we arent fixing it Id be there to pick it up. She said ok it will be $110. I said for what? She said $75 for the code reading and $25 for the failed inspection. I was stunned. I was out a car and now they were charging me for that? Ive taken mine and my wifes car there for years, and have recommended others there - and while I understand you need to charge for labor and what not - you never explained to me Id be paying anything. I got the car back and a day later my buddy recommended a place to me in Wilmington. Reluctantly I had the car towed to Genes on CB Road. They found disconnected wires causing the error codes to show up!! They connected them, boom, nothing wrong. They charged me $250 to do some labor of removing the manifold and putting new bolts in, but they said all of the other codes were only from the disconnected wires. Weird, so Superior didnt see the wires? Hmmmmm, no way. Those shady crooked thieves disconnected the wires to cause fake error codes to try and rob me of $975. Terrible. Stay far away.

Slow, frustrating, downright disappointing. I have taken my vehicle to this garage twice and both experiences were miserable. The first encounter involved my Jeep spending 5 days at the garage for a clutch replacement that they told me would take a single afternoon. I was foolish enough to attempt round two - I took the Jeep in for a timing chain replacement that was scheduled a week in advance. The appointment was for 8AM so I dropped the vehicle off the night before. I did not hear a single thing all day, and I finally called at 1PM to find out how things were progressing. They had not even started working on it. I stopped in at 4PM and they still had not even touched the car. Needless to say I will by taking my business literally ANYWHERE but here from now on. Dont waste your time, find someone else.

I had power window problems. I was told that for 800.00 that it would be fixed. That was a quote if it needed EVERYTHING replaced. Well when we go back to get it , all of a sudden it is going to be another 150.00 or so. What happened to 800.00 max if it needed everything! Now with us on a fixed budget we are out 800.00 and stiill cant use the window! What a rip off. These other reviews must be employees or relatives. Because it was a obvious price jack up! are there no more people with values and scruples left....
