I took my vehicle to this place because I needed my AC fixed on June the 17th. They told me it was the serpentine and the serpentine belt that needed to be replaced. They fixed that along with doing a full diagnosis and an AC tune up. Left the shop air is working fine later in the day I started hearing this loud rattling noise. I took it back on the 19th the next day they were opened. Jared the manager told me without even putting it on the machine it was my compressor about to go because he didnt hear any noise. I told him you can only hear it when you are driving. He then tells Stuart to do a test drive with me to see what it is. We dont even get pass the building good before it starts making the noise. Stuart says oh thats not good go on back to the shop. He and Jared rides around the building and comes back to me and say it was a TSA on that part the tensioner itself and what its doing is the belt is jumping off the tensioner and causing the noise they have to order it from the dealership it will be back in 2 days and they will call me when it comes in so they could replace it. I said no air for 2 more days. Jared says no you can run your air its just going to make that noise. I asked him wouldnt it just make the belt pop off again or cause more damage. He said no everything else is fine its safe to run the air Im just going to hear the noise. Two, three, four days go by no call so I call them on the 24th. Stuart answers i asked why havent I received a call its been over 2 days. He says your right, I dont know but let me find out whats going on and Ill give you a call back this was 9am. All day no call it was around closing time I went up there to see why havent I received a call. Stuart come to the desk and says the dealership havent ordered the part yet. I told him I needed it done by July the 4th because I was going out of town. He said it will be back way before then well give you a call Monday and let you know. Monday came Tuesday came no call. I call back and speak with this so called manager he tells me the dealership havent called yet and didnt he tell me he would call when it comes in just rude and nasty... I told him I will just call customer service he says fine. Called customer service left message for Ronnie no call back.. Two weeks later on July the 5th my husband is back home, I have him call what do you know my part is there and they can put it on the next day... WOW but still you didnt call me and let me know it was there. Put the replacement part on still doing the same thing took it back now my compressor is bad and causing the new part to do the same thing because the compressor is not functioning properly its making the tensioner work harder than it has to.. or could it be that I ran the air with that bad part that you told me was completely fine to run and now it has messed up my compressor. Paid $316 the first time now you want me to spend $819 not going to happen. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE OR MALE WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CARS THAT WAS MY MISTAKE AND NOW IM PAYING FOR IT.. They dont even need the one star that I gave them. I should of read the reviews before going there. Would have saved me time and money..

i know about cars / prices of parts ill do most repairs myself if i have the equipment, suspension work or brakes i do not have the eq to handle this. i saw a coupon for 99 for brake pads, i had break issues, i knew this coming in and was willing to pay a reasonable amount, i knew the rotors probably needed at the very least refinishing , possibly replaced. i brought my car in, they were friendly enough as i was waiting i noticed everyone that came in had a problem that cost at least 200 dollars to fix, you wanted an oil change you needed your fuel filter replaced, you needed new tires, you needed a "fuel injection cleaning". whatever i decided to be patient and see if they would do the right thing here. had my car on the lift for about 45 minutes, called me in there. told me i had "major brake issues" i would crash etc.. my rotors did infact needed to be replaced because i could see the grooves in them on the lift, i played dumb. i needed rear cylinders as well, the manager i assume sat me down and told me i need 300 dollars for front pads/rotors, 500 for back cylinders, i couldnt even look the guy in the eye because it was so disgusting, i told him id rather just get a few quotes then decide to come back if theirs was the best, he aggressively tried to sell it to me telling me to call the people right now on the phone, and "i guarntee you cant get a better deal on your brake work in town" he bumped the front down to 230 i believe. left the shop feeling bad about the experience just due to the fact at the amount of people they probably rip off on a day to day basis there, took my car to another shop in town got the whole brake work done for 300.. which i knew a cylinder is only 20-30 dollars for a rear per wheel..etc. i wouldnt recommend taking your car here for anything , not even an oil change because they are trying to lure you in with a cheap price on that then make claims about how your car is in horrible condition to upsell you on other services you dont need, i understand they want to make money and selling and commission but this kind of service is what makes people not trust mechanics or anyone who does repairs, i work in the customer service industry so i know people can be unreasonable but in this case i know im not, there is no way to explain a 50%-70% difference in quotes for the same repairs. id wager you could bring in a car fresh off the lot change the mileage to 30-40k and theyd try to tell you , you need 200 dollars worth of repairs, they just look at the mileage there is no way they can check half the stuff they say they do by putting a car on the lift that long.

I dropped my car off at 8:30am by 12 noon no one had called and said anything about my vehicle being ready or if there were any problems. I go to pick up my car of course its ready but I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and they didnt rotate the tires and I knew that because they didnt have the wheel lock. The guy charged me and allowed me to walk out the door and never explained to me why they didnt rotate the tires. After walking outside and realizing the error I asked him why and he stated because my front tires are worst than my back tires so they left it as it was. It didnt make sense to me and he didnt call to ask would I like to purchase new tires but I wanted to make sure I wasnt charged for something I didnt receive. I paid the same amount I usually pay when I get an oil change and tire rotation but he stated I wasnt charged. This store is very unprofessional this is not my first time experiencing something like this. Every time I go theyre under new management. I hope eventually they get it together.
