Aside from the various things you can usually find at very good prices, this place can be very neglectful towards their fish and the customers attempting to buy them. Almost always, the tanks are very nasty and not kept up, with the lights being out on half of them and usually, none of the employees even walk past this section to see what is going on and if any customer needs help. After picking out a fish that I wanted out of the best looking tank of the ones they have, it took me 30 minutes to get any help. My girlfriend and I asked various employees for help, but all they did was say they would find someone else, though no one ever came. Eventually I contacted customer service and the woman who answered the phone told me she would page someone over to Fish. 10-15 minutes after, a guy eventually showed up and got the fish, though he had a very unpleasant attitude and he even left for another 10 minutes after I told him the fish I wanted before he came back and got it. Sure, they smile and speak to you as you walk through the store, but that can only mean so much when they lack actual customer service.

Customer service SUCKS. No one said can I help you or hello, be with you in a moment. She act like she didnt want to bothered with anyone. About 2pm called the number listed for the car care center and it took about 20-30 rings before someone answered the phone then I still had to be transferred, then another 10 rings before someone answered then had to be put on hold. Finally talked to someone about the status of my car, whether it was ready for pick up or not. She said it was. Why wasnt I called. I only needed a tire on front driver, dropped car off about 1030a. Walmart car care in Rocky Mount, NC. Price was cheaper than Firestone but Walmart DID NOT have all season/weather tires in 225/50/17

No customer service. Waited in line 20 mins before being waited on. Asked the other worker (who watched the line get longer and longer) say " Im on break". The time was 5:45 and they close at 7 pm, then she said, " Ill be back, Im going to the bathroom. But she used her entire break on her cell phone. Then a young lady walks up from out of the blue to check out and guess what... she checks her out before she addresses the others who now have been standing in line for 25 mins. And her attitude was AWFUL. Of course no badge, so i could not post her name up here on this complaint. I will also will be making a formal complaint.

I was going to take my two year olds cough syrup prescription to Walgreens and they said $25. My doctor had told me Walmart would have it for about $4. I was skeptical, but not wanting to pay that much, I went down the road to the Walmart, and the friendly lady behind the pharmacy counter told me the price would actually be only $4. I was shocked and very happy! Thanks for being there when times are hard and for giving us low prices on things we REALLY need! You have my good review! Lisa Manion

Wal-Marts are some of the best places to shop for reasonably priced food and prescriptions. I will shop at any Wal-Mart in the day or at night without fear. I think Wal-Mart has good security on their property and they will respond to customer requests. Im glad they ran mom and pop stores out of business because those mom and pop stores had some of the highest prices in town and could charge them because they were the closest stores that people could travel to. Hurray for Wal-Mart.

I dislike Wal-Mart stores anywhere, very much & last resort for shopping! Not Community friendly! Moves into environment, forces closing of local, small businesses, pays low wages/next to non-existant employee benefits, & then their prices creep up! Sam W must be very proud! Either that or hes buried upside-down! Customer Service training would be beneficial also if it were actually utilized.

youre safe to shop at this walmart as long its not night or after 10:00am. The morning shift makes no sense on how they do business. Why have three express (20 items or less) lines open and not one regular line open. This happens to us every time we go shopping there because we have to shop early in the morning when its not crowded and when its the safest.

My wife wont shop at Wal mart in general, but she definitely wont shop here. If we need something from a Wal mart we drive 20 minutes further down the road to Nashville. Its not so much the store as it is the people who shop at the rocky mount location. You definitely have to be concerned about your safety.

Received absolutely great service from Annette, Herbert, and Danny when I went in for oil change and wiper blades. All were friendly, courteous, and very efficient.

Parking is terrible. Not enough handicapped parking places. Hard to get to. I would never go to this Walmart at night.
