If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a very disrespectful call from the tow truck driver, repeatedly threatening me that he would "leave" my car where it was if I did not show up immediately. He misunderstood when I said that I had been told he would not be arriving for another hour and a half. I was right around the corner and he shouted over the phone "I cant wait an hour and a half! Im leaving!" I told him no, I can be right there, and I had to raise my voice because he was beginning to have a temper tantrum. He shouts angrily again, "Well, how long is THAT gonna be?!" I couldnt belive it. I needed to get a second vehicle from another location so I could get my car to my mechanic. When I showed up to my car ten minutes later, he had already hooked it up in my absence. My husband told him to unhook it and leave, and we happily waited for another tow truck driver from Aarons Towing. My husband asked him why he talked to me that way (he had been so loud and rude that my husband could hear him through the phone) and he flat out denied it. "Oh, what type of way? I didnt talk to her like that." My husband told him he could hear him through the phone and had to add "So Im gonna take your word over my wife."

What amazing service. I made an appointment to have a trailer inspection completed at RCS Trucking. Never again.... I waited an hour then they pulled another person in front of me. I gave up and left them... Guess my business didnt matter to them. Advanced Automotive will now have all my business. I called and drove there within 10 minutes. My trailer was inspected within 15 and I was out the door. What amazed me was they took the time and repaired a license plate light by installing a new gasket and didnt charge me for it. Very uncommon right? Wrong, they care and show it more than ever. All of the staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing. Highly recommend you give them a chance at your business. You probably will be amazed as I am.

I went to advance automotive, I had a great experience there, had the oil changed and a state inspection on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service i was giving. I didnt have an appointment and they took my vehicle in changed the oil and filter and inspected my van and i was back on the road within 30 minutes. The shop is very clean and the service was great.
