I dont know if these other people are family or friends, or are receiving some direct compensation for their reviews, but this place is a scam. Every time I come in for a tiny service, this place will tell me I need to have the entire car replaced. Its absolutely ridiculous. I came in for a headlight replacement, and he tried to sell me a $70 oil change and then for some reason was apparently looking at something else and told me those need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY, for well over $400. I didnt ask you to look at anything else, I asked you to REPLACE A HEADLIGHT. I took it elsewhere to be looked at and they said it was nowhere near as imminent as they made it sound. Every time you take it there they will try to turn a puddle into a pond. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere...

This place is a scam!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I replaced the wheel bearing on my gfs car 2 no the before she took it into bills. She needed and oil change and inspection. They came back saying she needed a new bearing on the same side that was replaced And all and all it was gonna cost her $850 for an oil change inspection and new bearing. Wtf. Its funny I told her before she went to be careful and not let them scare you into getting services you do not need. They sure did though. Said this cannot be on the road and its illegal to drive. My ass, I checked the bearing myself and had a local mechanic check it and it was fine. To bills auto service: you guys need to rethink your price gouging dont be tools

Bills Auto/Batavia Auto Care is a top notch garage. Bill, Jenny, and the whole team are responsive, professional, and good at what they do. They always quote the repair prices up front and let you know what you need to fix today and what you can safely repair later. I drive 18k-22k miles per year; my wife drives 15k-18k miles per year. Both our cars have been serviced at Bills Auto for 7 years. Everyday we get in our vehicles, start them up and they run great and get us to our destination safely. We scheduled to have our car worked on while we were out of town. It was very convenient . The car needed quite a bit of work and Bill was able to take care of all of it and had the car ready when we returned. Been running great since.
