I purchased 4 new tires through Buettner, they had the best price in the Martinsburg area. I went to have them installed and waited for about an hour and a half, then I got home and noticed I had some scratches on one of my rims that wasnt there before I took it in. I didnt think they would do anything about it, but my husband called and they said to bring the car back in and the manager would take a look at it. The manager agreed that the scratches I pointed out were fresh and they had my rim sent out to be refurbished. My rim looks brand new, they refurbished the whole rim, not just the scratches they made. Buettner made a mistake, but they more than made up for it with their services and staff! I would definitely recommend Buettner!

I am currently sitting in the waiting room, getting 2 new tires installed on my car. While waiting, an attendant came to me and asked me to follow him to the garage. The mechanic pulled me directly to my rims on the ground and pointed to a crack I had on the inner wall of one of them. I am still reeling from the experience. I have never had a mechanic pull me aside, point to an issue, and tell me "Thats your problem. Look at it." That experience alone is well worth a 5 star rating. As a customer who is experienced with wrenching on vehicles, I truely value honest mechanics. These guys are A-okay!

Nancy McCauley, Assistant Manager at this store was recently a very big help to my son. He was having trouble starting his vehicle consistently. Ms. McCauley pointed out to him that he simply had a wire that needed tightening. She promptly went into the shop to retrieve the correct tool and then returned to his vehicle tightened the wire and sent us on our way. We would not have known anything was amiss if Ms. McCauley had handled this differently. We are grateful for the honest and efficient way she handled the matter. My son will definitely return to Buttner Tire & Auto.

Had a great experience. I called ahead of time and made an appointment to drop off my Jeep Patriot to get a state inspection done. The staff was very accommodating. They let me drop my car off after hours, performed all work asked in a timely manner. They also discussed other items that I had asked them to check on and let me know that some dealer suggested repairs, could actually wait, and were not an immediate necessity. I appreciated the straightforwardness so much that I went ahead and booked my wifes car as well. Will definitely keep going back.

While we were on vacation we needed a repair for a nail in the tire. Took it to Buettner and the gentlemen at the counter got us right in. When we returned to pay for the service we were advised the screw did not go all the way through the tire and therefore did not need to be patched. We were sent on our way with no charge for their time. Very friendly and professional staff with reasonable prices. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants honest service. Thank you gentlemen for making this an easy stop for us.

Good service and doesnt rip you off. My husband and me bought a car from a crappy dealership called Affordable Used Auto. Itson the corner of Queen and Moler and we ended up taking it to Buettner (a week after buying it) because the battery light kept coming on and it was making noises. Ended up having all sorts of problems that they swiftly took care of and went by the book on parts and repairs and now the car runs great.

Recently went here for an inspection. They told us our breaks and Rotars needed replaced, charging us roughly 400$. Went to another shop to get them replaced, there was nothing wrong with them. Very unhappy with the dishonesty
