had the worst experience here ever!!! My father had been taking our famlies cars here for years so when I was in the market for a new used car I stopped to look here. finding a vehical that I liked and could afford here I thought was a great thing bc he had always been good to us in the past.. This is not what happend....the firs day I was to pick up the car they said it would be ready around noon so at 1 I got a ride there to pick up my new car.. I ended up sitting there for hours till his wife got back with the plates.. I left the shop and made it half way home to hear this awful banging noise everytime I hit a bump. I tried to reyurn immedatly only to find that they had closed. So they next day I took the car back to find that it was a broken strut. Which he then said that he was gonna charge me to fix. I told him that I would not pay for this finally he agreed that he would fix it. About a week after that I was driving along and the car would not go over 10mph and the transmisssion had gone this time I was told he was gonna charge me half price. Not happy about that but I did pay it. I have never been back nor will I. Recently I took my car to a mechanic to have it inspected and I was informed that my a rod for my front tire was never connected and that at any point in time it could have snapped and caused a terrible accident..I am extremly angry at this not only did they put my life in danger but my famlies as well. Never will I ever go back!

Ive been bringing my cars here for probably ten years. Always great service at a fair price. I do alot of my own work on my cars but when its over my head I always bring it to Roy. I live in Williamsville so its an extra effort to get to Lockport. Once I took my Camry to a place near by my house to save time, They charged me over $600 to fix a simple coolant leak that I could have done myself. Man, I had to pay for it in payments! I learned my lesson, I wont take my cars anywhere else - ever. Its so comforting to know theres a "home-town" repair shop that will just "get it right".
