Seriously, perhaps the corporate headquarters came down to ensure customer service was prioritized. This was by far the best service experience at any mechanic Ive ever been to. Every attendant handed me off to the next person as appropriate and then toured me through the small waiting area for complimentary coffee, bathroom, and TV to change at will. Each service member mentioned it too! Then, the guy (Josh) doing my car went through everything with me and showed me prices with choices and made recommendations based on my situation without the high pressure. I felt like everyone here had literally just read the communications rule book on how to treat people. I only went in for an evening oil change, but they topped off all my fluids and vacuumed the car for free! A service that Jiffylube provides to its customers. Although I dont live here, I will certainly be heading back to another Jiffylube in the future, at least if theyre all like this!

I have a fleet of vehicles that use multiple Jiffy Lube locations. The Front Royal location has not tightened an oil filter on one of the vehicles and is consistently refilling the windshield washer fluid with watered down or poor quality fluid! The fluid freezes...keeping it from spraying onto the windshield. This is very dangerous! Our employees have spoken to them multiple times and they deny using poor quality fluid or watering it down. I have at least 5 employees telling me they are experiencing this today and they use the Front Royal location. Id like for this location to look into the products they are using and find a solution to correct this. We will not continue to use the Front Royal location unless they provide a quality service to our fleet account.

If no stars is a possible rating then that would be what I selected. I have been an Express Lube customer for as long as Ive been driving. I was very happy with their service. When Jiffy Lube took over, (overnight) I found the customer service plummeted, but I had my service done anyway, before a cross country trip. I had issues temporarily with the engine after a day of driving. 4 days later when I reached Oregon, and had a new oil change at another Jiffy Lube (very well run there by the way) the technician admitted that there was no oil in the engine. They either forgot or deliberately neglected to put new oil in after draining the old oil out. Avoid these fools or charlatans AT ALL COSTS!

A defective oil plug was installed. They apparently didnt check before the car left the store. ALL six quarts leaked out on the driveway within a half hour. A store employee arrived to install a new plug and oil. He also said he would be back the following day to clean up the spill. They never returned and when I went to the store, the excuse was that they were too busy but would be back to power wash the oil into the grass that day. REALLY? If this is what to expect at Jiffy Lube, you might want to consider changing your oil yourself. Had this happened on the highway the engine would be junk.

Ive never been to Jiffy Lube, We do our own oIL Change and easy Minor things, But u have one handsome Man there at Jiffy in Front Royal,Va. He just started and for someone whos Not experienced in this type of work And just started ,Hes pretty darn good. I hear ur pricy, And the employees pay Isnt that great for the fast pace of work They do, I hope they get rewards and Pay raises, But keep up the good work And I want to thank u for the good And kind men at b ur service, Marcus Is a very customer focused employee. . Maybe a little over-the-top with my stars, but thats only to even out the two other ridiculous one-star ratings. I found the people at this Jiffy Lube to be very friendly and professional. Ive been going regular now for the past three years, without incident or error. I drive over 100 miles a day and I totally trust these folks with my cars.
