My experience with moving companies hasnt been good. Its just about impossible to find one you can really trust and believe in. Theyre always coming up with hidden costs and providing very little of the fast and efficient service they boast about. And if youre moving to another state or across the country you can really find yourself in deep water and at the mercy of one of these moving companies that take extra days or weeks to get your stuff moved and delivered. And undamaged and nothing lost? Not likely. This is why I was so immensely and pleasantly surprised and delighted with Moving Masters. They arent only fast, reliable and efficient but totally trustworthy. Its simple. Whatever they say they will do, they do it. You sign a moving contract with them and whatever the terms and conditions are, they fulfill them. No hidden costs or fees, no sloppy service or slow moving truck, no delays, no scratches or damaged goods, and no BS or nonsense. Just fast, efficient, honest service. And yeah, a company and a bunch of movers who actually do care about you the customer and go the extra mile (literally!) as smooth, efficient and pain-free experience as possible. Moving Masters has got to be the best moving company in the country, I do not exaggerate. I dare anyone to show me one thats better!

We had an excellent experience with Moving Masters. We needed long distance moving company from NY to FL. We contacted Moving Master through a referral for a free estimate. Our positive impression started with the estimator. He was very polite, fast, professional, knowledgeable and explained all the process very clearly, Customer service was amazing. You always have someone to talk to and every concern being address accordingly. They were very responsive when I had to reschedule 3 times and I appreciated it very much. I must say that this is the 2nd time I am using a moving company and the first time I was using other company and had a horrible previous experience in which made me wonder if I can trust any of them. Moving Masters changed that bias I had on moving companies. I really liked the way the team were carefully packing my belonging. They were always on time, extremely helpful, felt free to ask questions and point things to my attention. Their moving truck was very clean and organized. The price was very reasonable and there was no hidden cost. Moving Master exceeded my expectation. While I hope not to move again, I would use them again

Im overdue on this review, but my feelings are just as strong as right after the move...Moving Masters was the best moving experience Ive ever had! My husband and I recently relocated from Miami to Catskills, I had never done a long distance move and was extremely nervous about the logistics but Moving Masters made it so simple and stress free. On the day of the move, the staff was awesome. They had great attitudes, were extremely friendly and polite, and most importantly, moved my stuff with the utmost care. I was a bit of a pain Im sure as I kept telling them how careful they need to be with this one item and they were very careful. Ill definitely be recommending Moving Masters to my friends and family. Moving was so much easier than I thought it would be.

Moving Masters are very professional, contacted them when we wanted to make a long distance move. We used Moving Masters for a complex five-day move with four locations. The foreman on the job was efficient, organized and spot-on. He did not leave one stone unturned. When we thought we were finished, he would give us multiple opportunities to walk through the home to be certain and to rethink things. Packing up 25 years of things and moving them to four locations was not an easy task. He kept his crew moving and careful with our belongings, and they were all exceedingly polite and hard-working. We were very satisfied with them in every way and would use them again.

I completed my move to my new apartment on 7/3/14. Moving Masters provided the outstanding customer service they promised on their website. I am 23 and they treated me like a daughter, not like some faceless number at a call center. The movers helped me to disassemble my loft bed and were able to navigate my new place with no elevator and like five flights of stairs. Nothing was scratched or broken. The bed is soft pine too. They then offered to reassemble my bed, but my boyfriend and me were tired so we said we would do it ourselves. Still, they go the extra mile imho. Thank you Moving Masters for making my move pleasant and safe.

I hired Moving Masters to move one of my company’s small office in New York. We had a lot of paperwork and files. Moving an office was not anything easier than a home. All those paper and folders were more important than computers. Fortunately, we chose the right moving company. They gave us a very reasonable estimate quote and the price was about what was give on the moving day. Movers were on time and handled everything carefully. Repacked items that weren’t boxed perfectly. These guys made a perfect and really safe moving. We are very thankful for Moving Masters and definitely recommend them.

These guys are legit! Used them for a move from Brooklyn back home to Florida and they really helped out! I had never used a service like theirs before, (mainly because I didnt have enough furniture to warrant it) but I decided to give it a shot. I called them up, and they immediately eased my tensions. They gave me a good rate and assured me they could work with the tight turnaround time I had. The movers were there and securely packed up all my stuff, then we were off! Im convinced no one does relocation better than Moving Masters service.

I was helping my bestfriend move from Atlanta, GA to Nashville, TN and she hired Moving Masters for this pretty long and complicated move. The price was fair, it wasnt high like the other movers we tried. They were on time, moved her things with care, and were careful not to drop or dent anything, She had nothing break or mess up in this move! I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs to move!

Three guys just came and moved everything into a storage unit for me. They were extremely efficient and didnt slack at all! They basically had to play Tetras with my mass furniture to put it in the 10x10 box and got it all in! Amazing job. Ive used this company every time i have moved, which is about 4 times in the past few years and i will continue to hire them.
