Experience Pays! Just completed our 4 bedroom house move with Ashline, 2 rented trucks, 2 PODS and a storage unit at Plaza 15. It couldnt have been any better, Ashlines office was right on point throughout the job keeping us up to date with the paperwork,getting everything organized, always available even at 7-8 oclock at night when we were packing. The movers Frank and Mike were professionals and have been with Ashline for some years and the loaders Blake and Joe worked unbelievable hard in the heat. They padded all the floors and carpets, set up everything at destination and gave us an incredible service from soup to nuts. In the end nothing was damaged or out of place and the price was exactly what they said. I have moved before but never with such grace , experience pays and Ashline has it.

BEWARE! When I booked my move with Ashline, I had to put a deposit for the truck and to secure the date on a credit card. When the move actually took place, the owner asked for a check instead of placing the balance on the card (since she had to pay her workers, she said, right away). I agreed. When I was able to check my credit card charges, I saw that Ashline had billed me on my credit card as well. I called and was told that it was "miscommunication" and that the problem would be rectified. It was not. All subsequent calls went unanswered and messages I left were unreturned. I am contesting the charge card charges, but who wants to go through this? Though the owners will tell you that they are a family business, this is no family you want any part of.

So happy I hired them. I have used different movers and Ashline has been the best by far. They were thorough with the sales quote, everything was very detailed when scheduling with them. You can tell they know what they are doing right away by how you get your quote and they offer an open support line leading up to the move date which gets you prepared and its super helpful. They gave us an afternoon appointment and stayed in contact with the arrival which made it easy for us to plan the day and get lots done. The 3 man team worked together loading our 2 bedroom apartment off a second floor into our new home. All furniture was padded, the beds were all taken apart and wrapped in mattress bags and it all arrived in order.

These movers were clearly experienced and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took the stress out of the entire moving process for me and my wife. They sent out a confirmation text and kept us informed every step of the way including weather factors and other details we hadnt thought of (such as protection for our expensive beds and TVs). Ashline specializes in local moves and it was obvious they are very good at what they do; from first contact we felt well taken care of. My wife and I would like to happily give them our highest recommendation and would use Ashline anytime in the future, given the opportunity.

2 stars. They showed up, and delivered the merchandise. That was it. They promised a price, (less.then $800), loaded the move (mostly totes) and presented a invoice (over $1,400 !).almost twice the guestimate. Theives......... The house was closing in less.than 24 hours, I had no choice. That was October 19th. Since.then and.after many, many (30 -40) calls, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. PROMISED, yes, many times, but nothing, including not 1 (one) returned call. NOT ONE CALL. They live off a.reputation they dont deserve. Maybe they were good, but those days are.gone. ANYONE WILL DO BETTER. A N Y O N E ! JAMES MADDEN .

I really want to thank Ashline Local Moving for the awesome job they did moving my home and my office. Both moves went perfect. The crew was amazing, hard workers and didnt stop. I rented a truck and mobile storage unit-all of which they helped me figure out. My office was up and running and I didnt miss a client thanks to Ashline Moving. Al was great to work with, super knowledgeable and a real professional offering us his cell number for texting kept everything on point. I would give them my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a great mover.

Moving is usually stressful, but not with this moving co. This is the 3rd time Ive used Ashline Moving. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and VERY reasonably priced. Their rep is superb too. Most recently, moved my Dad from one apt. to another and we couldnt be happier with them. So nice, so quick and left everything in clean, unharmed condition. They took care of everything. I didnt have to worry about anything. They made the move SO easy. Theyre pros-they know what theyre doing. I highly recommend them.

I did business with Ashline Moving when I worked at Schenectady Chemical years ago and Bobby was always great, so when I was moving I didnt call anyone else. Teresa came right over the next morning and gave us a great price. The movers were just a terrific hard working fun bunch, they padded off all the floors and carpets, moved the piano out of the basement and loaded two trucks full of our belongings like the real pros do. I would never call another and the Ashlines go back a long time in the moving business here.

The pre move attention they gave made for a very successful moving job today. Ashline is highly suitable for a local move and their experience showed at the first call. They are professional and patient explaining all the details and they offer an open support line through out the entire time even last night (Sunday night) when we forgot to pack our freezer, they were there to help and put us to ease with a fast solution. We were totally satisfied with them and would refer them to anyone without a concern.
