We rented a unit and are very happy. The process began online, renting a unit for the following day; Edwin followed up with a phone call a short time later to finalize the details. The location is great and all went smoothly. They even had a lock available for purchase right there. Filling out the lease took about 15 minutes, we are able to downsize at any point and get the new locker at a lower cost (and have cost pro-rated assuming were taking another locker) so we are not paying for something we will not be using. This is perfect for our current needs. Easy outside access and reasonable hours of access are very helpful.

This whole experience from our first visit to our move in was wonderful. Bryan, Sally and Nicholas all took their time with us and helped us make our final decision to move our supplies in! Other businesses could learn from the folks here.on pir first visit, Bryan walked us alll over the property, explained the benefits of each type of unit, and explained everything ! Ultimate professionals, respectful and friendly. Everything we need in one place. Clean, inside and out, safe and accessible, and above all, affordable! Even the use of a truck to move with! They made a difficult decision much easier!

I love this facility. I previously used same company for my storage needs ,but in the bronx,and was a little hesitant about moving to this location because of bad employees at the bronx location. But I was completely satisfied with the location on compound rd. Whenever I have a question or concern the staff is always knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to care. Definitely would recommend to a family member, and friends, Im glad I chose this location. Keep up the good work guys .

The people at this location of CubeSmart are SO terrific!!! I cant recommend them enough. We had a hard move that had to be completed in just a few days and the folks at this CubeSmart made everything so easy and fast. The place is VERY clean and well maintained. One of the best benefits of this CubeSmart is the 4 hours of free time with their truck. What a difference that made for us, as we moved a woman from her home in just two days! CubeSmart Yorktown is FANTASTIC!

Needed a storage unit on moving day (Sunday) as everything did not fit in the pods we had ordered. We went to Cubesmart and they were super nice. Only had a small unit available but we took it and managed to fit out "left over" stuff into it. The lady who helped us (sorry cant recall her name) was so nice. I would definitely recommend Cubesmart if you need any storage facility.

I have been dealing with Cubesmart at the Yorktown location for a couple of years now at different times and different reasons. I have to say that every time it has been an easy transition. The staff is accomodating and very helpful. No matter how far I move I will never go anywhere else, definitely worth the travels. SALLY and BRYAN are "AMAZING".

A pleasantly designed office with a sitting area and cable TV (park the kids for a while?). Easy access to storage facility. Ten-foot tall storage gives you two more feet to stack your belongings (if you can/need) than most facilities. All climate controlled. Very accomodating and attentive staff

Easy, easy, easy! Bryan is the man! Got there 15 minuted before closing and realized I might have to size up. He showed us options and listened to our needs like he had all of the time in the world. Facilities are standard across Cubesmart, but service here was warm, professional, and welcoming.

Compare this self storage place to many others and you come up well. They have 24 hour access for you night owls. Clean, dry, secure storage. What else do you want? Not sure about A/C though.
