EXPERIENCED VAN LINES: DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They changed the price from 1,495 to 2,200 I read all the reviews before choosing this company and I know that mostly every company has at least one bad review but this company trains its workers to lie (told to me by a secretary who actually works for the company) They re the biggest liars in the moving game. I originally spoke to a man named JOHN who was as sweet as pie and told me that they are honest and trustworthy, and that what he says he means. He is a car salesman- DONT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS. Now for me trust was very important because I was already in California and the pick up would be done with my mother in NY, he assured me that everything would be just as we discussed and I was stupid enough to believe him. On moving day the drivers showed up 4 hours late, without a phone call, but this didnt even make me mad, what did was as they walked in I was told that the price would increase because it looks like more stuff, and it was downhill from there. They gave my mom a bill for 800 more dollars than the price on the phone and they put items on the list that were not actually there. I tried to call but John had suddenly left the office and I had no choice but to tell my mother to sign it, thinking I will talk to the nice guy John later. Later never came because when I called back I was told that John was on a two week vacation and would not return for weeks. Here is an example of how they scam you: On my original list, I put queen size bed w headboard, footboard, and 4 posts. He told me that all the details werent necessary because a queen bed is a queen bed. However when the mover put the list out he put many additional items of bed pieces on there and said that there are more items, and that I would be charged by the amount of pieces that make up the bed, not the actual bed. They did this with all the other items too like a desk that was disassembled, instead of putting one desk they put 5 desk pieces and called it 5 items instead of one. When I finally got someone named George on the phone who claimed to be a manager, as did John, he told me that my mother signed for it and there is nothing I can do about it now. He also said and I quote: If you dont pay I will hold your fu-king stuff in storage and charge you for the storage fee, and if you dont pay the price I tel you I will auction off all of your things. He told me to get it through my head that you have no fu-king choice. One of the secretaries, who answer the phones finally told me, secretly, that they do this all the time, she told me that they are told/trained to quote a price at least 700 less than what it is actually going to be then jack it up once the stuff is in hand.(I wont mention her name because she is the only person in that company who actually told me any piece of truth) The delivery was just as nightmarish as everything else. The driver called me to say he would be there between Saturday and Tuesday, 2 weeks later than the estimated delivery date. I had planned on the delivery during my 2 week vacation but they did not show up on time. I told the driver that the afternoon will be fine but that I work during the day and would not be available until the afternoon, he then told me that if I was not there whenever he arrived he would put my things in storage and charge me for re delivery. I called back the company and spoke to someone named Alfred who was very rude to me on the phone and told me he would call the driver and call me back, which he never did. I told him that this company has been a disaster from start to finish, he laughed at me on the phone and told me to suck it up, I could hear laughing in the background as though he was performing for everyone in the office.THESE ARE THE MOST RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. The Driver left and did not deliver my things. Save yourself the heartache and do not use this company.

These people are unprofessional in every way possible! Theyre incopentent professional scam artists who stole and sold everything my beautiful children and I own. Our loved ones ashes. They were paid in full, and yes I have documents proving so,and Julia put everything in a hostage situation and also scammed the storage facilities she put everything in. she had her insane disgusting behavior scam them too and lying to them as well. Now 8 months later this horrifying hell is getting worse day by day. I am a disabled 51 year old women has been sleeping on the floor since they took everything we own in November 27th 2016. And they have yet to deliver everything we own. The storage facility had no idea they housed stolen property and because Julia scammed us all. Its now been stolen and sold and their are police and attorney investigations going on as well as The US dot ( federal motor carrier). Joe at all moving and storage is a complete lier as well as Kevin and his crew of non speaking English helpers. Well I have pictures before, during and after and their truck, faces etc... They litterly messed with the wrong Lebanese mother bear.I highly recommend you never use a moving company ever. They stole our identity, credit, DNA and everything we own. They are extremely bad human beings who hire people in Europe to come here and work with not speaking English and litterly rob you of everything you own. They dont care about how shady they are. They need to be locked up in prison for life and beyond. And never do business again in this lifetime. Shame on their parents for raising professional scam artists destroying peoples lives. Absolutely do not trust these scam artists with absolutely nothing or your life either. They are pure rotten evil SCUMBAGS!! And wont be getting away with this horrifying hell they are putting us thru. My beautiful children I or no one else for that matter especially disabled people should have to be tortured by having everything we own stolen and sold. These SCUMBAGS even threaten us. Well thank God I have a law background and wont let this horrifying hell they are doing to us go. I am not one of those women who allow people to rob us blind. I will not give this up until justice is served and they are out of business and in prison for life and beyond!!

I scheduled my move for this past weekend at 12:30PM. At 12:40 I got curious since I never received a confirmation call so I called them up just to make sure i was on the schedule. I was told that yes I was on the schedule, please call back in 20 minutes if they are not there. 20 goes by we call again. I was told my Lavern that she would contact the dispatcher and call me right back, no call back I had to call. I was told they would be there in 15 minutes they were running late because of another job. OK fine. It happens. 20 minutes passes still not there. Now Im getting the run around by Lavern at the office. By 2:08 the supposed driver calls me saying that there is a problem at this job (please note I was told they were on their way to us already) and they will be there in 2 hours .. maybe if at all. WHAT? We were asked how big our move was. This "driver" was feeling out how long our move would take if it was worth it. We call the office back and were told the driver WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO CALL US UNLESS TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY! So we go back and forth till 4PM . We were told the manager was furious but couldnt speak to us because he was out of the office. I decided to look for u-hauls because we needed to be out. We found one and finally told them to cancel because it was obvious they were never showing up, this was 4:30 PM. By 6PM were loading the u-haul and I had a missed call from the driver saying he would be there at 6:30. Well 6:30 passes and we get a call from someone in the office saying the driver has not been able to get in touch with us all day. We got a long story of excuses from this guy. We demanded a call from the manager the next day. We never got a call. Monday we tracked someone down (John) and the excuses kept flying again, we demanded our deposit back (still waiting for that) and we said we might look for them to compensate our u-haul expenses etc. They told us they are covered by law and because the driver called us that was him saying they were running late (please note above where we were told that the driver can only call if they are on their way). If we didnt contact the office on Saturday I feel they never would have contacted us about the issues at hands. Horribly and nonexistent service! If I wasnt required to give at least 1 star here I wouldnt.
