La peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto a servicio. Envie mi mudanza de PR para New York y cuando llega nos llaman q podemos pasar a recogerla sin ningun tipo de instrucciones adicionales. Llego al lugar, q el viaje fueron una hora y media de New Windsor al Bronx, llego a las 10:45am y cuando voy a pagar el balance pendiente dicen "TIENE QUE SER EN EFECTIVO", teniendo un logo en la puerta de entrada de visa,mastercard o american express, no aceptaron ningun otro tipo de pago, les dije q podia pagar con ath, con visa, cheque y digeron "NO, EFECTIVO" porq si pagaba uno de otra manera uno podia cancelar tan pronto tuviera las cosas y pregunto pero es q tengo q pagar y firmar un documento para q lo puedas entregar, es q acaso no confian en sus clientes y recibo de un tal Jose un rotundo "NO, NO CONFIAMOS", WOW, me pusieron a correr en medio de una lluvia para buscar in cajero automatico, los cuales solo permitian retirar $200 y mi balance era mucho mas y digeron siga buscando por ahi q sin efectivo no habia transaccion, cuando pude retirar la cantidad, llego a la oficina a las 12:05pm me dicen "ahora va tener q esperar hasta las 1pm porq estan almorzando", y si, tuve q esperar hasta la 1:05pm q llegaran, WOW. Sabran q pagare lo q sea con cualquier otra compañia q se preocupe por sus clientes q son quienes les dan el dinero para q sigan en pie con sus negocios. Acuerdencen, Rosa del Monte NO CONFIAN EN SUS CLIENTES.

The worst!!!! Spoke with sales and they told me the delivery would take 7-10 days. and i told them i would be paying by debit card. They said that was fine to pay the driver . I got a call the day of pick up and they scheduled me at 9am for pick up . That never happened , then i was told by 12noon, that never happened. Then it was a call from the driver saying they were on their way ...that never happened . They arrived at 8pm it was dark raining. they did a sloppy job. When they were done loading the guy in charge of the other 2 gave me a receipt. Told me he doesnt take debit card and that the office would call me to do payment. He also told me 7-10 days for delivery. So now im 1200 miles away in my new house and no furniture it didnt come until over a month later!!! The people in this company are so nasty and lie about everything ... I will not get into it but they are the scum of the moving industry PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! By the way they tried to charge me additional money to use debit which they waived only because i made a fuss about how they told me i could but no one knew how to process the payment....the fact is they want everything in cash because a cc transaction can be disputed because of their shady business practice. This move was very cheap in comparison to other moving companies. However it was the most expensive because i had to buy new beds, dishes, clothes waiting on my delivery...

I wound not use this company. The fist time I used them, moving to puerto rico my boxes were stained with oil and had to throw away a lot of clothing I had inside of them. I was only reimbursed the minimum. If you are shipping a car or boxes, make sure you insure for an adequate amount. I had a friend who shipped with them and his car was completely damaged and the company would only respond for a part of the value of the car. I made the mistake of using them again when moving out of Puerto rico . My boxes arrived a month later. I received a call saying that my boxes had arrived and that if I didnt pick them up I would have storage fees. I showed up the next day to their office and was charged $25 dollars. I played the recording back to the lady. Its not the same saying "your boxes are here for pick up , give us a call back when you get a chance , you have 5 days to pick them up or you will be charged a storage fee" instead of saying "if you dont call back today you will be charged a fee. Poor communication and I will never use them again.

Envie algunas cajas entre otras cosas por las cuales me hacen pagar el monto total en PR. Cuando llegan a Orlando me comunican que tengo un "balance" Tuve una conversation con el Sr. Medina en PR el dia 24 de agosto 2016 quien me asegura que todo va a estar claro para la fecha de entrega el 12 de Sept 2016. Cuando llega el dia no me entregan por que aun en PR no habian resuelto el asunto de clarificar todo. Y ahi es que se complican las cosas por eso no hare uso nunca mas de sus servicios ni tampoco los recomiendo.

Con esta compañía hemos tenido la más amarga experiencia hicimos una mudanza de Orlando a new york les aconsejo a todo el k valla a hacer un envío lea los comentario lo primero es k dijeron k duraba 15 dias en llegar el envío y llego a los 3 meses el refrigerador nuevo llego todo lleno de golpes los empleados no tienen ética ya k a la hora de responder lo hacen con mala actitud todabia espero una respuestas por los daños causados espero k el dueño de esta compañía lea los comentario y vea el mal trabajo de sus trabajadores

This is by far the worst company to use when you are moving. They are Liars and try to take more money from you after you paid them off... My parents use this company when they were moving from New York To Florida. They Sent there entire stuff 2 weeks before the actually left and this company guarantee they were going to receive there stuff in 15 days. After 3 weeks of my parents being in Florida they still did not receive anything, when we called the Bronx location they gave attitude and they confirm that they never shipped there stuff. After my parents being in Florida almost 2 months they finally received a call stating that it made it to Florida and if they wanted there stuff they had to pay $200 (mind you my dad paid everything off and has a receipt that said paid in full). They are a rip off I would not recommend them to no one. The worst customers service. It sucks you can not give them a Zero because that is what they deserve... DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST........

I wish I can give this company a ZERO STAR, but Unfortunately they dont have that option. This is the worst company ever. I have sent all my stuff with them and they told me that it would take from 7-14 business days, but it have been a month and I still havent receive my stuff. Thank you La Rosa Del Monte for making me sleep in the floor for the last 3 weeks and for letting me and my family spend the entire month of December with no furniture. SON LOS PEORES, HACE UN MES ENVIE TODAS MIS COSAS Y TODAVIA ES LA HORA QUE ELLOS NO LA ENTREGAN. ME PASE TODAS LAS NAVIDADES SIN MUEBLES, NI CAMA NI NINGUNA DE LAS COSAS DE MI CASA. PERO YA ME ENCARGUE QUE TODA MI FAMILIA Y MIS AMIGOS SEPAN QUE IRRESPONSABLE SON.
