My family used them for 2 moves in a matter of 3 months. The first move went pretty much flawless, and we were very impressed. The movers knew what they were doing, and worked very efficiently. The price was competitive, and we were confident in hiring them a second time. The second time was a disaster- a different crew with much worse results. They moved the exact same stuff in exactly double the time, extremely inefficient- very amateur. But thats not the worst of it. Our washing machine room floor was ripped up in several spots, and initially they seemed willing to make good on their mistake. The owner, in fact, came out to get an estimate for repairs. However it is 2 months later and nothing has been done. I call every few weeks to ask, and I am courteously dismissed each time. This is the definition of bad business- witnessing damage, accepting responsibility for the action, and doing nothing about it. Making you call, and call, can get you very frustrated. Shame on you Applegate! Stop making excuses and just fix the damn floor! Needless to say, they do not come highly recommended. If they ever do contact me to fix it, Ill add it to this review. Still waiting.........

We moved from Edison and other Moving companys wanted 2500- 3000 I was about to rent a Uhaul. Being so these guys were in the area I was going to live, I got a great quote and gave them the job. They were Great! I had to store my stuff for 3months, They even weighed my amount at the shop and gave me 100$ a month back. What company do you know would do that? They were so great my mother and father used them recently and were very happy with their work.

Perfect if you want to be inconvenienced. Scheduled a crew for 8:30am in Manasquan (same town). I called and the supervisor mentioned that the crew had and earlier job that went over a bit. Im not certain what type hours these guys are pulling but a job earlier than 8:30am? Really?...before 8:30am? Anyway, its now 12pm and I still dont have my crew and therefore needed to reschedule a Dr. appointment.
