Worst moving experience ever. Customers beware of this company, especially if you have any expensive furniture. Their customer service are kind to reel you in and thats about it. No care from that point on. Its only about the company cashing in...on your TRUST. My being in the field of Advertising and Marketing as a Director, this has left more than just a bad taste in my mouth. My spouse and I have still not heard from you or a Two Men And A Trucks representative to resolve this issue.We are left with damaged and broken furniture caused by your company. It is absurd to have to repeatedly contact you for an issue that your company has caused. You destroyed our furniture. One of your drivers were all smiles while he lied. A one day move turned into two due to drivers unprepared to disassemble with proper tools. Attempted to disassemble with wrong tools for 1 hour before telling us they were not prepared. Now we have nothing to sleep on since march due to the broken furniture we are left with. Shame on you the owner,Marc who we contacted several times and sent emails very descriptive w. Pictures, in which you hv ignored since March and hv not reached out to resolve via email. Hoping to be swept under the rug?? You hv the wrong family...we will now contact the better Business Bureau and others to resolve since you fail to resolve. We will never recommend your horrible service at Millwood or elsewhere.

From the moment I called Two Men and spoke to Zach, I knew I was in good hands. Moving is really stressful, but Zach was the man! He is the perfect "voice of the company" - calm, reassuring and methodical in his questioning about all the details. I also appreciated his openness about how rates are calculated and not just thrown together, like some other companies Ive used. I knew I was getting a fair and transparent rate for their services. The moving crew was exceptional...and in 110 degree heat! Professional, courteous and accomodating, the guys really rocked despite the conditions. Raul, Martin, Robert and (darn, I forgot the 4th guys name, but he was not less awesome!), not once showed anything other than a "were here to do a job and do it well...for you!" Id like to give particular high praise to Martin who was extremely friendly and accomodating, even when my wife and I were indecisive where some very heavy furniture was going and we asked they be moved a few times. Sorry! He took it in stride and we never felt we were being a pain in the butt! Really good-natured and funny guy and we both appreciated that he didnt give any attitude (which he probably was entitled to!). So, many thanks for being there for us! We love our new digs and the move was painless!

The pick up was from me & delivery to a friends location. The 2 men arrived on time, were polite, pleasant, & professional. They introduced themselves immediately. They worked quickly & efficiently taking great care with the furniture they were moving. On the delivery side, Christian & Courtney once again went above & beyond. They were absolutely wonderful. I hope that ALL the men in this company are of similar character.

If you put you in a truck were just amazing I had to cancel my move hours before and move it to a different day and they had no problem accommodating me and setting it up for the different day the guys that did the mover also exceptionally nice and paid attention to detail with everything and took care of everything in a timely manner I would highly recommend

These guys were great, highly recommend them! The price was way less than the competition. Martin and Brian handled our move. They showed up on time, wrapped up all of our furniture very well, and moved it with no issues. They worked hard all day and barely took a break. I would definitely use them again.

Raul, Michael and Luis were the guys for my move. They were kind, curtious and very hard working. The move was from a house to westies in elmsford. Didnt think we were going to get all the items into a 7 x 15 but they did it with a few feet to spare. Great job guys!! Ellen Kutner Simply Organized
