This post office does not deserve to exist given the sloppy services they provide. I guess it does not matter which post office you visit, they all operate with the same mood. To get a service, you may as well take a day off; expect to spend a good time there. The funny thing, they all have plenty of windows but only one or if you are lucky you might see two people working. It seems like a new style of shelter for the Feds, employees get their checks with no control or accountability. Forget about calling any of their phone numbers because their message greeting is endless. Every post office have phone for decoration or maybe for their workers personal use only. Sometimes I wonder if these local post offices have managers who actually oversee the operations or maybe they too are too busy doing nothing. It’s a disgrace. Thank God, we have FedEx and UPS.

I think at this location they steal packages this is the second time one of my packages went missing. The mailman delivered a ripped open package to my house and I have cameras so I would know if anyone had gone through my package. I tracked him down and he acted surprised when I showed him when clearly he knew the condition he delivered it in and gave me a number to call and I came to this location and they didnt even want to help me. They all need to be fired and investigated! This makes no sense at all ... Theres some words I want to say but I will keep my cool about these horrible people if it were their package they would feel the same way but they didnt even care .

Very inconsistent mail delivery service. Multiple times scheduled a pickup and the mail person never showed up. Attempted to call mail station and as expected no, one picked up the phone. Since my last review a new mail carrier has been assigned to the route. This mail carrier is very prompt and consistent and is very helpful. If she is off and someone else takes her route you notice the difference. Additionally package delivery from the truck can be better, delivers to wrong door and times leaves out on porch.

i have 2 packages marked delivered on Sunday how ever no one came to my home to deliver anything. opened up a case and was also told to try and call the post office. yea thats a joke i have several hours trying to call yet no one seems to work here since no one ever answers the phone. horrible service. this is not the first time my packages are marked as delivered when in fact no one has come to my home to deliver anything. some one should investigate this place

Missed a delivery. Went to office 3 times to pickup within a week, they cannot find it. Told me to gave a call when found, also I scheduled a redelivery online. Two weeks later the tracking info show returned. Called the customer service. Told no address on the letter,so returned to sender. How they give me a pickup notice if no address on the letter? The tracking still shows in transit after two weeks of returning. The sender should get it. Probably lost.

Going in for service has been decent. Their mail delivery is horrendous. Our mail winds up being delivered elsewhere and we get other peoples mail. I have even had mail go missing. Packages are never on time. An example, my package was out for delivery on a Friday, the following day it says delivery status not updated, then Sunday it says that delivery is now scheduled for Tuesday. They never know what is going on or where anything is.

"Missed a package" when I was sitting at the closest table to my front door. How? Said my package was at this usps unit and that they were going to redeliver that same day. The unit didnt have my package. I even saw the truck outside my house and asked. Package was nowhere to be found. Saw two guys on foot in my neighborhood right by me and asked them as well. Nowhere to be found. Never again.

This is the only place on earth I hate more than the DMV. Only one clerk is working at all times, but if you pray hard enough you might be lucky enough to see two. Ive tried to schedule redeliveries for multiple orders several times each and either no one shows up at all or they simply leave a slip without ringing the doorbell. Its like theyre being paid to waste peoples time.

Awaiting delivery of medication. I have tracking # which says was delivered to the post office. I cant get PO on the phone..they do not answer their phones!! I would like to come in and pick up meds, but worry if i leave i will miss delivery..and it must be signed for upon receipt. Frustrating that you cant reach them by phone and have no clue when /if delivery will be made.

No one ever answers when you call to make a complaint about packages that was listed as delivered but I never received. This is happening too much I am filing complaint with the postal inspector. I GUESS THEY STOPPED ANSWERING PHONES BECAUSE ALL THEY GET ARE COMPLAINTS. They have been under investigation before maybe it is time to be investigated again.

It has been a week and Ive gone to the post office 3x for a pickup and no one has any idea of where my package is. Not to mention it stated the business where I got it delivered to was closed even though we closed over a hour later. Somethings fishy at this post office. This isnt the first time Ive had this issue but this is the worst so far...

A package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, however no package was delivered. This is the second time this has happened. They also do not answer their phone at the Ryder Station. Everyday, I get my neighbors mail in my mailbox and my neighbors are getting mine. This is the worst mail service in Brooklyn.

The absolute worst post office in new York. I would rather walk to Indiana in 105° weather to get a package than get a package delivered from these insolent pricks. The worst. Calls are rude. They say packages are "delivered "when they arent. They are rude. Arrogent. Lazy. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!

Mail said delivered on 2 DIFFERENT occasions, never received it either time...I looked up the signature and its scribble scrabble both times, Im starting to think we are dealing with some conmen as delivery drivers... I am reporting them as this is a federal job. HIGHLY UPSET

The people who work there are the most ignorant people! My priority mail parcel was due 3 days ago, and now no one knows where it is. I have been calling them for 3 days, no one ever answers. And these people work for a govt agency. Who ties their shoelaces?

Horrible place. Manager has no customer service skills, every time you ask her a question, she replies back like you are her worst enemy, most times doesnt even look at you. Place is dirty and super slow.
