Came in the store 20 minutes before closing and was served right away as nobody was there. I had called on my way to make sure I could still receive service. The stylist that answered was very short on the phone, but said there was still an opportunity for me to get my haircut. I arrived, received my haircut by Kesha (Stylist #45), and left. After getting home and looking at her work closely, I noticed what a sloppy job she had done. I asked my partner to take a closer look and he said the back and sides were uneven and poorly faded. I also asked her to give me a low fade to cover up a scar on the back of my head, which she did not do. I came to Supercuts because I had a very important business trip to go to the next day. If this stylist did not want my business so close to closing time, she should have just said so instead of giving me this poor, unprofessional and rushed haircut. I would gladly gone to another location that was open later, as I heard her sending costumers there when they called as I was getting my haircut. I have been going to this Supercuts for the past two years, and I am very disappointed in the service I was given. I have to find a barber tomorrow out of state to fix this job.

In regards to our last comment, I love how a customer can make such rash comments on a blog yet not be man enough to address the problems with the management or the stylist who actually cut there hair. There was nothing wrong with the service you received or your haircut. You got your haircut in no less then 15 minutes we talked during your service. If you would have been at another location, you would not have been serviced. So, the next time you, Gabe, have a problem, address the manager or stylist. But, you will not get under my skin because I refuse to please everyone.

After coming here with good service several times. Yesterday I had an eyebrow wax I had to go to another shop Studio 10 to get fixed and a haircut that both made me cry. I havent called mgmt yet but I will and I at this point have no desire to go back. Ill add to this statement after I call mgmt :(

Just disgusting... ladies are not qualified as hair designer... but still they r doing hair for locals... plz avoid this store, my last experience was horrible and disgusting... its better to cut your own hair at home with a machine... Dont make your hair ruined Thank you

Will not go back, every time I go in there is a new girl who doesn't know what shes doing, I got a buzz cut and when I got home I notice that she had left my sideburns full length.i had to cut them myself.waste of 15 bucks!
