The prices were normal compared to what I usually pay, and my hair did turn out nice. However, while i was there i felt very pressured to do certain things to my hair. At first they were saying they were not sure if they would be able to do my hair, and that if they did, i would need to pay an extra $20 for a treatment. I asked if the treatment was really necessary and their response was that if i did not get the treatment i would have to sign a waver stating if my hair fell out it was not their fault. Next, i was pressured into almost getting a $25 haircut (thats their discounted student price). I kindly declined that offer. As she was dying my hair she literally said to me " I dont really care about how well i do the ends of your hair anyway since its mostly going to break and fall out".... At that point i was mad because no matter what the situation your main concern should be the quality of service you are providing. My hair did turn out amazing but unfortunately, due to the things that were said and the way they basically forced an extra $20 out of me( it would have been $45 if i also got my haircut) i will not be spending my money here again
