My truck was serviced here after another vehicle hit my parked car. I trusted this company due to the convenience and location of shop and a few referrals. I reviewed all that needed to be inspected at the time that they received my vehicle in detail, due to the nature of the collision. They are also partners with Cleve Hill Auto and Tire located on Main and North. This shop had my truck for over one month with multiple pop ups to inspect the car myself in between time. Every time, there were promises that parts were ordered and lies stating that there were jobs done, when in fact werent and more "quick fixed" than replaced. There were parts from other makes and models that were screwed in wrong places, things that they "forgot" to do (I had to point out multiple errors that they didnt catch in the truck are; all though that was the point of impact). After multiple attempts to work with them, the owner became very unprofessional stating that it was my fault that my car was hit, started cursing me over the phone and passed off unfinished tasks at the time of pick up to his workers and blamed his partner auto shop for an unfinished product. I even had to call the insurance adjuster to make another appearance because of NEW things that were found broken that he wouldnt fix because he stated that it wasnt in the original claim! He made appointments at times that he wasnt in operation multiple times, I had to take off of work or make adjustments in my schedule to accommodate his lack of communication and unprofessional interaction and service. The last attempt was made to correct the remaining items wrong, a Week after I could get back in for them to fix the issues. I went to their partner auto shop and they stated that they werent going to repair the things that was listed in the original request, at the time of initial service! After waiting 3 hours for a wheel alignment, it still was not corrected! They lied to the insurance company, they lied to me, they collected the check and sent me on my way! I will from now on, go to and recommend a reputable company and NEVER suggest this company nor Cleve Hill Auto and Tire for ANY service! My vehicle is still not completely fixed by the way! Worst experience EVER! I wouldve given both companies No star but after reading the pop up over one, I think it fit the bill!

The guys working at the shop were friendly and professional to me and my dad. We needed a specific job done in a certain way, and they knew exactly what we were talking about. They gave us an excellent price on the glass we needed and my dad talked to them long enough to make sure that they knew what they were doing and that he trusted them in general. When I picked up my car, they had done exactly what we wanted, and it looks great. This was about six weeks ago, and no problems at all! I am extremely happy with the overall experience. I would definitely go back if I need work done in the future.

HORRIBLE!!!! This place NEEDS to b shut down & put out of business! One star is generous! My car was stolen, I mistakenly brought it here. After multiple visits, lots of run around, TERRIBLE service, I picked up my once beautiful BMW which then had terrible overspray paint everywhere! Nothing was properly taped, front bumper at first wasnt painted, drove away w/ loose wheel!!! And the list goes on so filed formal complaint w/ NYS DMV @ World had to return all insurance money they were paid after DMV investigation & inspection. My car was ruined!!!! The owner is a crooked, dishonest man. RUN!!!!

The people here are rude and unprofessional. They cursed at us and called us names. The work was terrible. The bumper had to be replaced, the replacement is darker than the rest of the car and the hood is not aligned. The head light is not sitting correctly. This business is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.

i had my truck bumper repaired by them and the service was terrible it was hanging a year later i discovered the bar underneath it was put on upside down...the paint job is horrible the paint is peiling and looks awful

Car was done in decent time frame. The work at this point is not satisfactory. I will update review once the situation is rectified.
