Quality of work was OK. Hood was not properly re-aligned after repair, and I was told there was nothing they would be able to do to fix it. I took the car home, and aligned it myself, and it sits as it should now. The "replaced" core support is showing some surface rust due to a less-than-thorough spray job. The manager (owner?) Brooks was condescending and rude, after I dropped the car off. Before dropping the car off, he was much nicer. I wanted to know what was happening with the vehicle, and he was not willing to go through the process with me. I care about my car, and like to be informed of what people are doing with it. I sourced parts for the repair locally, instead of having to wait an extra week for things to be shipped in, and he became very irate. Every time I dropped by or called or dropped by, I was treated in an unwelcoming manner. Despite all of this, after the repair, I called to inform him that the AC was now not working after the accident, and he became more irate with me. He needs to develop some people skills, and not be so arrogant

I had the displeasure of having my car hit by another driver. I checked around the internet for a reputable body shop for my Honda and Performance Auto Body made the short list. I had no problem contacting Brooks and getting a very quick estimate done on-site. Unfortunately, I had to work with the other persons insurance company, who knocked down the estimate and said a used part was good enough for the replacement needed. Brooks wouldnt have any of that and ordered an OEM part at Performances cost for the replacement. My car looks better than new in the replaced section now. This was an extremely positive first repair experience for me. The integrity and quality of work at Performance are top-notch. Im so glad that I didnt bring my car to the mega-repair shop that the other persons insurance company recommended.

I recently was in an accident in which I hit a deer, deploying my airbags and crushing the whole right front of my vehicle. I took my Jeep Wrangler to Performance to have the repair work done and they did a great job! They were in contact with my insurance company and myself through each step and got the work done quickly. The only negative thing I would say about the shop, and it has nothing to do with their work, is that its tucked away on a small street and may be a little difficult to find. I was a little worried to begin with, being a female and working with the all-male staff, but they have been extremely helpful and I feel comfortable talking to them. I would definitely recommend this shop for body repair work.

WOW! Ignore any poor review!! Performance Auto Body is awesome. Brookes was super friendly and eager to help. The work done on my Mazda 6 was impeccable and the paint job was clean and flawless. They even washed my car inside and out. I Highly recommend taking any car with cosmetic damage to this shop. Dont let the location or small venue fool you. PAB knows how to fix a car.

Had a huge repair. They did a great job and were very professional in every interaction. They also helped me get things straightened out with insurance and rental agency. There was no sense of shadiness in their business and they did a great job sending me updates on where the vehicle was at in the repair process. This is how an auto shop should be run.

Id very highly recommend. Impeccable body work. My car was the unfortunate recipient of a hit and run and I had to get 3 estimates and I chose Performance Auto Body. I definitely had a much better experience dealing with Brooks than the other Mega Shops. Brooks is very straightforward and has reasonable prices, he also finished fairly quickly.

The people at Performance Auto Body were unbelievable friendly. They walked me through the repairs step by step and outlined exactly where problems might arise. The work they did was exceptional and they even came under their own estimate by $300. I will definitely be back if I need body work in the future.

Performance Auto Body is awesome! They fixed some damage on my Moms car and did MORE than they promised at the price quoted. They even cleaned up some marks on her car that were outside the scope of the work. Brookes and Joe care. Highly recommend them.
