Because this is a State Farm Inspection Site, I had to get my vehicle looked at and an estimate issued for a claim I have open due to an accident last month. The woman, Debbie, who looked at my vehicle was super helpful from the moment I walked in. She went the extra mile to clarify and resolve an issue I had which even involved her manager who was also very helpful and friendly (forgot his name). I hope I dont need to bring another vehicle to them again, but this has been my preferred location whenever I need to.

My brother purchased a 4x4 Jeep Patriot 2014 from here. About 1 hour later we drove the car from Buffalo to Batavia. On the ride the car hydroplaned on the wet roads. (It was not raining that bad in my opinion). My brother took the car back on Monday and they stated the tires pass inspection. I would not purchase anything from here. They may state its good but when you pay 15,400 for a car you should not have to spend another 1000 for new tires.

Horrible people. They are un professional and give you the run around about when your car will be ready. Fist they say a week now it is three weeks. Go somewhere else while you still can.
