Dropped my Mercedes here for repair.... come back for pick up after 2 and a half weeks and everything was not repaired. I will like to also throw in that they promised to repair my car in one week.....when I get there, everything was done except for a small piece on my bumper... When brought up, the estimator Matthew stated I never requested to have it fixed ... I then say ... I definitely requested to have this repaired ... who repairs everything but one spot Maaco does!! How cheap are these losers and wouldnt even fix the issue... instead offered that I pay for the piece and they will install... No you losers!!! You were supposed to do it anyway!!! What type of circus are they running at Maaco in Cary NC...Matthew is a liar and should have told the truth... you did a poor job on estimating my car and took advantage of a paying Female customer....Michael the owner was of no help and offered basically nothing.... and shrugs shoulders... Xavier wanted to get loud while were checking out..trying to bring up why it wasnt fixed... but it didnt matter, I asked for the whole section to be fixed. Sir ...its over and I dont need any more excuses of why yall are so lazy, money hungry , and unorganized...They should have offered to fix the area they missed and I would have been fine despite them continuously changing my pick up date. like I stated before...why would I have yall fix everything but one spot .... owner Michael Maxwell, Matthew L Adams estimater, Xavier Turner estimater are a bunch of unprofessional people and they dont care nor understand the Customer is always right ! Do not go to Maaco unless you want your car repaired incorrectly or if you want to be treated badly....this place is totally unprofessional... now Im going to COATS Auto Body to have them fix what they were supposed the first time. I should have went to Coats the first time !!!! Never again.... Maaco in Cary NC will mess up your car do not take your car there!!!! Warning !!! Zero stars for Maaco!!

WARNING! If possible we would like to give it 0 stars. That being said, this may be a one off experience but I suspect criminal activity by their employees. We had a paint repair job done which costs over $1000. Two years later we received a notice from state department of revenue claiming we did not pay according to Maaco, accruing an interest of over $16000. Maaco has never contacted us in the interim. When we called they had no recollection of this activity. Once we said we found a receipt they immediately knew we made a credit card payment. This clearly seems like fraud. We will attempt to figure out if this is an anomaly or it happens regularly. Maaco did not apologize once. It was implicit they this was the norm for them. I am very disappointed with their poor attitude. ***Update: this is their norm. The lady at the front was very nice but says they are very disorganized and attempting to find a minimum of 20 receipts, owing money to the government. Maaco still provides good work, but unfortunately there was a hole in their system. Underlying issue is with insane tax interest from the government

Recently, I took my Intrepid over to Mr. Maxwells shop as I could not get the Raleigh shop to respond to my concerns after they painted my car. I first spoke to Jarrett Broadwell and he quickly asked Mike Maxwell to stop over and hear what my concerns were. He asked me a couple of questions and quickly said "well take care of it" and walked away. I stayed around and spoke a bit further with Jarrett and gave him my contact information. He asked if I was in a hurry for the vehicle and I said that I was not in a hurry. About a week later I called and asked for Jarrett who said that the car would be ready the next day. I told him that I was surprised cause it was so quick. I showed up and picked up the vehicle and it was ready to go just as he said. I wanted to let everyone know what a GREAT job both Mike and Jarrett did for me. They went above the call of duty to make what was a terrible job into a professional job. They made it right! They unlike the other shop represent the MAACO name very well. I would highly recommend this shop and Mike, Jarrett and the staff there. Thank you very much.

Had some significant body damage to my car and so decided to bring it in to Maco. Id already gotten a few quotes from body shops so was somewhat aware of how much it would cost. Macco quoted me a price that was $400 more than what two other shops had quoted. Nonetheless I decided to drop the car with them since they were close to my apartment. After about a week and half the car was still sitting in their lot and had not been worked on at all. I called to ask when they thought they would get around to it and was told they still needed to do an inspection to get a better idea of what kind of work was need. I decided to pick the car up since they seemed to be giving this job no priority. All in all I wouldnt recommend these guys. Their main rep isnt the most agreeable, their prices are pretty high, and they seem to be pretty busy with other jobs.

I called a few places before getting a hold of James and Rico. I chose to go with them because of the initial phone service. At this point the price did not matter. Not only were they professional, courtious, and feiendly, but they gave me a great rate. I have since gone back to do another paint job and the service and profesaionalism were consistent. I would reccomend anyone in Raleigh and surrounding areas to check out this Maaco location. They have earned my trust and business! My visits were Jan 2015 and today, 02/05/15

I took my car in for an inexpensive paint job for my 12 year old avalon a year ago. I really didnt expect a good job for $300, including removing a small bit of rust. This Maaco did a great job, the person working with me was great. There were some microspecks in the paint, but it was almost unnoticable..for a car with high mileage for that amount, I was way more than impressed. Be wary of cheap paint jobs....but not at this Maaco...I would certainly recommend. Impressed! One year later, the paint job looks great!

Terrible service. Car was ready a week later then told. Never received a call letting me know the circumstance, I had to call and see what the hold up was. Extremely unprofessional. After bringing my car in for the repair they said it would be ready after an hour. Came back after 1.5 hours and they told me they need another 45 mins. I understand that you can get busy, but we have phones for a reason and that could of been avoided if your lazy representative would get off his butt and do something for once.

Maaco is AWESOME!!! I had a small paint job (exterior door handle) that needed to be done on my BMW. The mechanic I usually go to quoted me more than $300 for the paint job and replacement. I then went to Maaco for the first time, and they got the job done perfectly for less than $73! They even washed my car clean after the job and gave me a lot of good advice on how to keep the paint new and fresh. I will definitely go back again for future paint job.
