The worst place you could take your car! I went there to have my car bumper changed: first they ordered the wrong bumper, which made me wait another 2 weeks to get it, then the car bumper that they put on was CRACKED. Whenever, i tried to ask questions I was treated as i bothered them. Besides, they dont call you for any updates, there is no communication at all: you as a customer have to call and find out whats going on with your car. My car was in shop for almost 2 weeks and when I dropped it they said: " we will call you when is done". They never DID and every time I would try to get in touch, they would say: "call us back tomorrow" or "I will call you", "I will call you" and two weeks past. When I had enough and called them to say , "Ok I am coming to get my car", they said " is almost ready, will call you". They also had to strengthen the radiator that was pushed back due to the collision and to realign everything so the hood would close securely, well, they havent done a good job with that either. They left a wide space on the right side of the car between the hood and bumper which is very dangerous when driving on highway as the hood latch would not close tight. I had to go to another shop to get this fixed. Not to mention, the paint chip I now have on the right side of the car, from them placing the new bumper on. Also, there has been a month since I am trying to get the radiator cap from them (it was missing when I picked up my car ). Every time I call they find something else: the order didnt get through, bla, bla.... I think I will never see it from them as it always "we will call you". Sean and James do a horrible job with customer service and the guys in the back are not professionals at all. Very disappointing! Save your time and car ! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I could give them 0 if I could.

Ridiculously expensive place. I had my 2012 BMW to estimate repairs and I told them this car is not going through the insurance and I will pay the repairs from my pocked and the estimation was as follows: -About 4 inches Dent in driver’s door they said is non-repairable and entire door needs replaced. -Bumper needs replaced - Quarter Panel needs replaced because they cannot straighten it -tail light needs replaced. Because of the door and quarter panel they said the entire car need to be painted. They estimated all repairs over $8000 also they said may be more if we find anything else. I don’t know why they call themselves collision and body work repair witch in this case they are not doing any body work, they just replacing all damaged parts with new ones. So, I found this guy in wake forest and he fixed it all for $2000 Didn’t buy the door, didn’t buy quarter panel, the only thing I buy was Used bumper cover and Tail light.

One of the worst places I have ever encountered. My car was returned to me and my car is cream in color and my bumper was bright white. I was actually told by one of the managers, Daniel, that I agreed to have my car repaired like this as he hit the repair paper, literally. When I had to take my car back again for two additional days, my car was finally painted the proper color, but my splash shield was again not replaced and when I called the insurance company they informed me they had spoken with Maaco who agreed they would replace the splash guard and when I called Maaco they said I would have to pay for it although they told the insurance company they would replace it since it was not done initially. Be very cautious b/c there was another customer when I returned the 2nd time who was there for his "5th" visit due to improper repairs.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Maaco not only took 14 DAYS longer than they said to paint my small car, but they even told me that it was finished yet when I arrived, it was far from it. When they finally had completed the seemingly simple job, they had broken the front left headlight off my car and secured it with two pieces of tape. They also "lost" the Honda insignia on the front of my car and painted completely over the key insert to my passanger door!!! Either unskilled, lazy, or both, I suggest that you DO NOT under any circumstances go to Maaco for any job unless you want a car that is worse off than when you dropped it off.

The worst paint job i ever seen! Bad customer service...i guess people dont kno quality work anymore i wouldnt recommend my enemy to go there! Sloppy paint job! Salesman was disrespectful and unorganized he didnt kno when i was gonna receive my car back kept sayin didnt days and times. I guess I didnt understand thats what he said to me. First and last time i ever go there again. I was better off goin to Peachtree if i knew i was going to get a wack ass paint job from the supposedly top of the line service at maaco on Atlantic ave. Lies just like the workers!

I got my car painted about 2 months ago and I must say I am very pleased with the outcome. James was extremely helpful, very polite, and by far a PROFESSIONAL!! It is so hard to find excellent customer service these days and I tell you if I could give 10 stars I would. There is nothing like going somewhere to get service rendered and receive horrible customer service that means alot to me especially when you are spending your hard earned money. I would definitely bring my next car back if ever needed to get paint job. Thanks alot James!

The service I received at this Maaco location was superior. I first dealt with James for the estimate process and he was extremely helpful and honest. He explained all the steps and I appreciate it. Then throughout the process Matthew texted me updated pictures and progress of my vehicle which was well appreciated as I was out of town. I would highly recommend this location and if ever needed again would return in a heartbeat. Thanks everyone who helped my car get back to its original shine and smile.

I would give zero stars if I could.Dropped off 2008 Nissan Versa for estimate. Returned 2 hours later and estimate wasnt ever done and James response to why it wasnt done was "it must have slipped my mind" while he giggled in amusement. I was so amazed by the rude and unprofessional manner in which he conducts himself that I just took my vehicle elsewhere rather than complain to someone who clearly doesnt care about his work or proffessionalism. Would not recommend to anyone.

The gentleman named James who works the front desk gives great service. The guys that actually did the work on my car did a horrible job. I had to point out tacky paint and body work several times. This went on for months before I just had it with the poor quality of work and realized that I had chosen the wrong place to take my car. I spent close to two thousand dollars here and got what looks like a two hundred dollar job!
