This company will have my business for LIFE. Everyone, from the lovely lady at the front desk, I may have her name wrong but I think it was Alba?, to Jackie from the office upstairs to Tony the General Manager, were absolutely amazing. I had a less than stellar experience with another company and I ended up here trying to fix an internal windshield issue so that my actual windshield could get replaced. They gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, discussed my options with me, etc. But what made them stand out so much was they then went the extra mile, and asked how I ended up there. I told them the situation and they told me that I really needed to contact the original company and have them finish the job they started because it would be a better deal for me. The GM got me in touch with the right people at the other company and my windshield got taken care of the way it should have been done at the outset. That blew me away. They gave up a sale, a profit, to benefit me, the customer. You dont see business being conducted like that very often anymore and it was awesome to see that customer service is still alive and well in some companies! THANK YOU ABRA! You helped turn a frustrating Friday into a bright start to the weekend!

I took my vehicle into the Capital Blvd location October of 2016 to fix key scratches on my good and driver door. Its now August 2017 and I saw the clear coat develop odd circles where it wasnt shiny anymore. I brought it in to this location (New Bern) and they got me in a rental to redo my clear coat. Once I came back to see the results there was parts of the clear coat that didnt look right and I had damage to the interior driver door panel. The speaker cover has a big crack in it and the door panel is half falling off. It was NOT that way before. It was apparent they treated my interior terribly and have scratch marks all over my leather that wasnt there before. The worst job overall Ive ever seen done. Fortunately their receptionists are kind and helpful as can be, I cant say the same about their body shop staff. The manager tried to make me feel I made this stuff up and eventually agreed to find some parts for me at a junkyard but Im not holding my breath. Im livid and I want all of you reading to just go somewhere else.

They went through my stuff in my car!!!! Looked for sunglasses because the thing was open. And changed my settings on my radio! Invading my personal stuff is not okay. On top of that Horrible service. If you want them to do a half assed job and leave your car waiting in the lot for 4 days before they call you to tell you its ready then go here. They blamed everyone for their poor customer service except for themselves. The manager was unapologetic and didnt even show his face. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my car. Thankfully I did otherwise it would have been a whole second week for my headlight bumper repair. Did I mention they didnt even fix the headlight?? Avoid this location unless horrendous customer service is your thing.

Was referred to them by Nationwide for collision work to my car. First thing wrong, they had a automated caller to call me for me to call them to schedule an appointment. The automated message never had a phone number, so what number do I call? Secondly, if you want my business, why wouldnt a live person call me to schedule an appointment rather then an automated caller? I google the number and call them to which it would be 2 weeks before I could even be seen. And the young lady answering the phone did not seem she cared if they had my business or not. So, I felt like they were not eager for my business to which I took else where.

Abra was good as far as time goes but it is now 3 months after I received my car back and its missing a rocker arm and the first guy I dealed with no longer works there so issue was never resolved. I have talked to manger numerous times and no its to months after the fact an i keep getting told is its been ordered yet i still dont have my part I loved them at first for getting my charger back to bit now Im upset if i spend 7,000 dollars i want my whole car to come back complete especially if the part thats missing wasnt a apart of the damage

Abra did a great job staying communicated through the entire process of car repair. Alba was a big help and you could tell she actually cared for the customer. She does such great work. Tom has also had a positive friendly attitude and helped keep me updated.I got car back in a efficient manner with no issues. They did excellent work on the exterior, car looked basically brand new. I would recommend.

ABRA Auto Body and Glass did an amazing job on my car after a recent accident. They fixed it up like brand new and their customer service is outstanding. They called the car rental to pick me up, kept me informed of the progress, and thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out! The was the best experience with an Auto Body place that I have ever had!

While this shop didnt do the work (they sent it to ABRA Capital Blvd) they were helpful, and ABRA Capital Blvd did a great job repairing our work vehicle. They were in constant communication giving me updates, and was done in the time they estimated. Overall very satisfied.
